Where do I begin

Where do I begin, I tried to buy headlights for my Model S and every time the order kicks back. I have charged over $3k and yet got nothing In return. The best part is I paid x amount and the pending returns on my statements are far less than I paid.

We believe the charges you see are likely pending authorizations rather than finalized payments. When an order "kicks back," the payment gateway often places a temporary hold (authorization) on the funds. This hold should drop off after a few days (usually 3–5 business days, depending on your bank)

“Tesery is truly an excellent company

“Tesery is truly an excellent company. Unfortunately, the products I purchased were held by customs in my country, and I had to pay half of the total order amount as a customs fee to receive them. However, Tesery refunded this money to me within 2–3 days. Their support was very attentive, and the service quality was outstanding. I’m extremely satisfied with all the products.

These headlights are AMAZING

These headlights are AMAZING! Factory OEM quality. Exact same as the factory headlight. I just knocked off one star due to shipping. Expect to wait like a month for your headlights to arrive. Estimation on arrival to home on site isn’t accurate. Honestly though, worth the wait. Don’t go to Tesla. Just get these.

I purchased a product

I purchased a product, but it does not fit my car, so I emailed to request a return. However, I have not received any reply, and I don’t understand why you are not responding or allowing me to proceed with the return.

I would really like to know how your return system works. Are you intentionally delaying the process so that I can’t return the item?

Your customer service is absolutely disappointing.

Longer wait times great products

They offer a great selection of products and the pricing and service was good. I went on there for one thing and wound up with multiple items. The only thing I missed somewhere a long the process was that the items were coming directly from China (which I don’t mind) so the wait time was longer than I was expecting. That’s the only reason for my score.

The lights work as they ought to…

The lights work as they ought to however although these were advertised as new, one of the headlights has a pre-used and dirty ballast... so not really new. Also delivery promised at 14 days actually took 30 days! There is absolutely nothing I have purchased from anywhere in Europe (I live in Sweden) that takes longer than 7 days. Come on USA! Tesery refunded me $50 on a $875 purchase to compensate for these two issues. Having driven with them for a week now I can say that they do a good job. I can't comment on their longevity and value for money as yet. How long they will last is of course unknown. The Tesery customer support system seems to me to be dis-jointed and rather slow (until I wrote this review). On the other hand I have had so many marketing emails that I've unsubscribed.

I ended up with a part that worked

I ended up with a part that worked, so 5 stars for that. My email interactions with Tesery weren't always confidence-inspiring. Sometimes they were so confusing I thought I was interacting with an AI agent or something.

Bottom line, I would buy parts from Tesery again in the future.

It's extremely difficult to see clear and detailed pictures of the product and its introduction. There's no customer service to ask, and it's also very hard to find installation instructions.

FAKE leather !!

I ordered NAPPA leather seat bottoms for my Tesla and I’m 100% sure the seat bottoms are some form of plastic definitely not leather!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY
