They do not provide a valid invoice according to European legislation. They do not respond when a correct invoice is requested.

Thanks for your Review – we only just saw your review, as we didn’t have a Trustpilot account back then.

We want to point out that we did help you at the time – almost a year ago. Your order was invoiced including VAT, in accordance with the VAT percentage of the delivery country, which is fully compliant with EU regulations.

In your case, you asked for a €7 VAT refund afterwards. Even though that was a very special situation, we refunded the amount immediately. We understand this may have caused some confusion – our apologies for the inconvenience.

For business customers, we always recommend reaching out before ordering so we can prepare the invoice accordingly.
