Will not send me replacement even though I received faulty window foil and have it as proof …
I ordered pre cut foil for the 4 rear windows in my Tesla model 3, I even paid a bit extra for a warranty that would give me a replacement kit if I failed first try.
The package came fairly fast and the day after I wanted to put the foil on my cars windows, however it was impossible to peel off the white paper from the foil it self, the glue was simply hardened - I wrote Tesla protect and told them that the foil was faulty and that I not even could get the foil off the white paper the foil is mounted on.
The replied that the never have heard about this and I can pay them 25euro for a replacement kit !!!
So the warranty I paid extra for I worth nothing and now I have 3 pieces af window foil that are still on the white paper and impossible to get off, the fourth piece of foil I have saved and it is also still sticking to the white paper, however it is ruined by me trying to get foil off the white paper.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM Tesla-protect.
