Shipping was quick. Accurate description of the product (Model Y rim protectors). Have been ordering from here for years. Will continue.

Very sketchy looking, so I made sure I used a card that I could easily do a chargeback.

But I was wrong, these guys are phenomenal. Fast shipping, packaged well, it was 100% as described. Buy with confidence.

I bought a set of Tesla Crossflow wheel protectors. One of them got scratched while parking the car. Teslaunch customer service was amazing! They gave me a free wheel protector at no cost. I really appreciated the responsiveness and willingness to help. Will buy again from them in the future.

Super amazing bags for the cybertruck frunk. I should of bought these a year ago! Instead of piling things up in the frunk so they fall out when its opened everything is nicely organized in two bags! Not to mention when showing off the cybertruck features to strangers opening the frunk now looks clean and organized instead of a random mess of stuff! I can't wait till summer as we usually carry a hot/cold bag at our feet in the cab, but now we can keep food and perishable safely and neatly stored out of the way in the front. Comes with a shoulder strap for transport inside. High quality! Would recommend and purchase again!!

Since I bought my Jupiter I bought my extras from Teslaunch and every product I bought fits perfectly 5 star all the way for me

This was originally a one star review. I am pleased to change it to five.

Although it has taken a large number of emails to resolve this issue, T-launch (Teslaunch) re-shipped using a different carrier.

Yanwen, the previous carrier, was a disaster. Their tracking information showed that the package never left Florida but they wanted me to go pick it up. From Colorado.

T-launch, once they understood the problem, used YUN Express for a re-delivery.

YUN Express tracking information clearly shows that the package was delivered (last mile) via USPS.

Not a great experience overall but at the end of the day T-launch customer service really came through.

If subtract YANWEN from the experience I have to say that T-launch (Teslaunch) made every effort to make this right.

The review is for Teslaunch/T-launch, not YANWEN, hence the radical change from one star to five.

Hats off to Joe in T-launch customer service for excellence!

I have never had a worse shipping experience

I have lived at the same address for 25 years.

The shipper, YANWEN, informed me that they were unable to deliver to my house and that I should go pick it up.

They don’t tell me where I should pick it up.

They tell me I have 10 days to pick it up at an unknown address.

UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS all deliver to my residence

I’ll never order from Teslaunch again

unreliable - do not place any order. I placed an order first of January and still not received the package. I tried calling no phone number to talk to someone. Just with email and whatsapp. these are all red flags - then someone emailed me more than 5 times sending me a fedex tracking number - that tracking number has no update - from 12 days ago fedex states this tracking number has no update since there is no package related to this tracking number - do not place any orders -

Very pleased with my experience at Teslaunch. The purchase was easy, delivery was quick, and the product exchange was smooth. The company is ran by honest and genuine business people who know how to treat customers. They’re quick to respond to inquiries and offered me many solutions to solve the situation. Teslaunch deserves to be considered when purchasing accessories for your Tesla.

Fast Shipping, easy to install and good quality product. The stuff stays on my roof.

I installed the stalk kit in my Model X and the installation went pretty much as shown. The kit does not come with any instructions so you have to go online and watch videos. The left stalk did not work as shown in the videos, no horn function and the button on the end doesn't do anything. Corresponding with their "support" link has yielded some results; you have to download an app to program the left stalk functions, but that has not resolved the non-functioning end button. After going through the installation, endless attempts to get the full function resolved with support and the aggravation involved, I would not recommend purchasing this product. If you have driven you X for a while, you are probably somewhat used to operating it using the factory controls and whatever the marginal advantage to have stalks may provide, it is not worth adding this kit. FYI, Joe from customer service probably doesn't exist. Just a computer giving canned responses.
Update to my review: they did send me a replacement stalk so I am satisfied with the product now. My only issue is how many time it took showing the the same videos over and over again before they believed me. Maybe Joe is real after all.

The wheel protectors are very well made, and a perfect fit for my HellCat wheels! I frequently get compliments from people that think I have custom wheels!

It fit just like my previous ones I purchased. Was easy to remove old ones and put on the new ones. I do not like scratches on my wheel and these prevent them.

I purchased the thickened foldable Sunshade, very good quality, easy to use and very beautiful, super fast delivery. I highly recommend this Sunshade and Teslaunch
