Horrible, placed an order, got email to track it the next day with the message that its on the way. Not only I had to download an app to track it, but it have been stuck for over a week. Horrible experience

order is about a month behind. No one answers my email or text. they given me a tracking number that does not work. then another tracking number 2 weeks later and it has been in ''transit'' for over 10 days with no progress. Don't trust them and about to dispute the transaction with my CC company

I absolutely LOVE the wheel rim protectors for my Tesla Model Y. Not only do they completely transform the look of my car, but they actually work.

They’ve protected my alloys so many times from kerb damage. The best part is when a protector gets damaged, I simply take it off, repaint it, and put it back on — so easy and so cost-effective compared to refurbishing the alloy itself.

My car looks amazing and I’ve had so many compliments on the red and black combination. People constantly ask me where I got them from!

I’m actually buying another set now because I genuinely rate them that highly. They 100% work and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants protection AND style.

My wife’s model Y performance has huge low profile wheels which are really prone to kerb rash. The rim protectors are fantastic at protecting the alloy AND make the wheels look like split rims. The fit is fantastic yet they are easy to remove if needed. Very highly recommended.

Ordered “white” handle vinyls. Advertised as to suit Tesla. Put them on and is completely different white, they look stupid. Messaged with photos only to be told that colour can have slight variations. Which doesn’t say on their website. No accountability whatsoever. Did not approve my review on their website.

The shade fits perfectly. It has suction cups so I was skeptical, but they hold great and the shade itself is good quality. Works great for the AZ intense sun!

Great communication had a problem with my model 3 screen cover the issue was dealt with professionally and a replacement screen has been issued

Purchased some touch-up paint from them. They sent paint along with some other materials, and when I contacted them via text for instructions, I never got a reply.

I ordered Pearl White Touch Up Paint for my Juniper Y, and it was not even close to the same colour. It was just plain white. So you are essentially buying overpriced white paint.. don't waste your time. The OEM, and Genuine wording is a scam. Avoid.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for my Tesla and requested a refund. They did me one better, they gave me a partial refund 70% and told me I could keep the part. So if anyone needs a NEMA ADAPTER 14-50 plug just let me know and you can have it for the cost of shipping.

Ordered these cover on a whim to protect the White interior of my Juniper Y on Jan 21st. After 2 weeks of no updates from the company i decided to cancel my order especially after seeing that the shipping company was China Post. On Feb 1st I emailed customer service to cancel my order. They said they were unable to cancel my order since the product was already shipped and gave me what appears to be a bogus or just useless tracking number for “china post” that just takes you to a page with ads and fake links. Same day magically my shop app updated to in transit. Here we are 1 month later and out 300 bucks. Stay Away!!!!

I've been looking everywhere for a blue key fob holder. This exact color. Blue is my favorite color for accessories. Thank you so much for making this! Also, now my key isn't lost in all the blended neutral colors all over my house. I wanted to purchase more items to save on shipping, but on another day. I'll definitely keep looking at the accessories you provide in the future.

I bought a Tesla and found Teslaunch to buy accessories to go with it including wheel protector rims. They arrived promptly, were easy to fit and after nearly 12 months are doing a great job protecting my alloys. I've scuffed them slightly a couple of times but they are each to touch up and still look like new, I'm really happy I spent the money to protect my rims. Highly recommended!
