Great 👍 Winter version

My wife finds the neck support gives great comfort. Without it, with the seat back in a comfortable upright position, the headrest is too far forward. The neck support fits in the nape of the neck and greatly increases the comfort.

Fast delivery and good product

I order a month ago roof bars and never received them. I tried to contact them myriad of times via WhatsApp, email or phone call, but no luck.

I had a missing part and the Teslaunch team took care of it without hesitation. Great support!!

Ordered a large order with exterior and interior items. The interior carbon glossy looks amazing! The exterior to, the carbon is spotless and truly amazing looking! The interior lights i bought were different then the picture. I contacted customer support and within 24hrs i got a response that fixed the problem. I give the webshop 5 stars out of 5. Fast shipping, good pricing, good quality.

I’m happy to write this review as I’m thrilled with outcome. I’d been notified my item was delivered on a certain date however it never happened! After several emails the company said they’d send me a new product, which they did and it arrived within 10 days. They’re a company that backs their product! When a company supports the customer there is no reason to do anywhere else!! Thank you Teslaunch!!

Ordered the 8.66 rear screen for 2020 tesla model 3 (retrofit) and have some concerns. Shipping wasn’t bad and took 15 day from order to UK delivery. UK side was slow and Teslaunch not at fault, however :

questions I’ve to asked to CS with no reply !!

1 The system feels sluggish navigating from screen to screen. Is there a software or firmware update that I can do?

2 The system dosent now allow me to control the front seat. Can you advise how I can do this as I didn’t see any instructions or long cables to connect to passenger seat in the box?

3 The screen does not retain the time over night. I’ve updated the region to UK but noticed the time dosent sync so power / switch live must be being stopped somehow. Done the usual power down cycle and reboot after 5-10 mins to no avail, Can you advise me on anything to check please?

Still no contact which isn’t great for new customer so won’t be using again. Shame as good reviews so maybe I’m just the unlucky one..

I ordered a product 4 months ago. It never arrived. Teslaunch kept sending me emails asking to be patient and always coming up with an excuse. The product never arrived. "Joe" from teslaunch does not react anymore.

Only problem is advert looks like the back seat is included whilst it's only the bottom seat

Good kit , be carreful to place well , because after it is difficult to move (or to use a hair dryer). Nice result, i love it like that.

Overall a positive experience, the good first:
1) the customer response team has been quick to update me on my order (usually Joe) with information and address my concerns
2) the all-weather floor mats fit perfectly and have a great finish to them, ideal for winter conditions

The bad? The shipping time. I ordered on October 1st. My order shipped via China Post, whose website today still shows “no information” on the tracking number shown in my Order History despite my order already having been delivered. After the order reached North America and passed off to FedEx, I was able to track via the FedEx website with accuracy. I would strongly recommend Teslaunch consider updating their “Order Status” page to use a tracking link that provides useful information so we don’t have to bother their customer service team for shipping updates.

I did have an issue with one of the items in my order, but the team were quick to respond and looked after it to my complete satisfaction. I dock one star for the shipping times not matching what the website promises, but the customer support team have delivered 5-star levels of service throughout and the all-weather mats are a high quality product that came in cheaper than the WeatherTech mats I have in my Honda minivan, while providing MORE protection to the car’s upholstery thanks to the raised borders. They are super easy to clean too.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Teslaunch mats to anyone shopping for their Tesla, and my neighbour is already considering ordering some for his 2020 Model X.

I had a great experience with Teslaunch. I needed help with a return and refund, and their support — especially Joe — handled everything quickly, clearly, and professionally.
The communication was smooth, and they followed up all the way until the refund was completed.

Truly first-class service that other companies could learn from. Highly recommended!

I have had an incredibly good experience with this company!

I originally bought a screenprotector for the Model 3 Highland, it was delivered very fast for a very good price.

I got the package and decided to cancel my order of the Tesla Model 3 to change it into a Tesla Model Y.

I mailed the company asking if it was possible for a refund, they mailed me back very fast that it wouldn't be smart of me to send it back and lose my original shipping costs and pay for additional shipping costs to send it back (since it was my fault of purchasing the wrong product, in case the company is at fault they will refund you the original shipping costs and you won't have to pay to send it back)

So they offered to pay 60% back of the product price and for me just to keep the product and sell it myself, with full understanding that they didn't have to do it by contract.

It was honestly very generous and nice of them, something nowadays you won't get from a lot of companies.

They definetly have a customer for life!

Ordered parts from Teslaunch.
Recieved 2 of 5 covers right.
They sent me information about keeping the wrongsent products and will get refunded 60% back.

Now They dont respond on Email or Chat.

I would not recommand this site.

I purchased rim protectors for my new 2026 Model Y from Teslaunch. The rim protectors were easy to install and fit well.
They did exactly what they were supposed to do when I backed into a curb with my right rear tire. The rim protector was slightly bent but the wheel itself suffered no damage.
I had one of those "I can't believe I just hit the curb moments" and the curb protectors saved my wheels from damage.

Model y juniper Screen protector I ordered but the screen came broken. I wrote an e-mail, 4 days later I got a reply, they apologized and sent a new one again, thank you.
