I ordered the ppf (ful car kit) for my 2026 tesla juniper and really happy with it. The customer service is super awesome, promptly reply thru email and do their very best to make customer happy.
Highly recommend to them and i am definitely will buy from them again.
Shipping time is little slow but it is all good after all.

Product description was good and installation was easy.
The design was great. The switch was a super idea. I built a box for it. I can turn off the satellite without unplugging. I connected directly to my RV battery bank and do not need the wasteful inverter.
The power to the satellite is a solid 12V DC circuit.

Im absolutely 100% satisfied about the product and about the effort Joe put on my case , after the couriers lost the piece, a new one was shipped and delievered as fast they can pish !

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong product. Customer service quickly sorted it out for me. For us people new to the electric car industry and the confusion around the different plugs it was nice to know it could be sorted quickly and easily.

The "genuine" leather seat covers I bought for my model Y turned out to be plastic. Teslaunch have no interest in allowing these to be returned . UPDATE! I have now received a full refund so my issues have been resolved

Do not buy from these guys I ordered a product and it didn’t work and I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks. No one responds to anything. I’ve tried the chat. I’ve tried the WhatsApp they’re after sales care is absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent product love the no drill especially on the front of my Model 3 Performance. It looks so good and was super easy to install. Definitely recommend

Don’t buy anything from them. I ordered some things from them 2 weeks ago . I got the tracking number that not work and didn’t move at all. It say is pending for 2 weeks . I tried to contact them 4 times without any luck.

This place is a joke... sent the wrong item and I have been trying to contact them for a month!!! I encourage you not to waste your time. Unacceptable

Criminals stole my money and never responded.

Assembly was easy, installation easy as long as I remembered to account for the window drop when the door is opened.

Only complaint, they do not cover the little winglet windows alongside the dash. In reality, those really do not matter much but it was not a complete blackout.

Glad I bought them.
