Scammers that’s what they are , they blocked me on WhatsApp after making a payment and the guy that kept on messaging me on my number was really unprofessional , threatening to block me on every level and claimed I was giving him an headache after requesting for a refund for the money I paid

This is fraud company run by fraud instructor we aware every one. I request not to book even in high emergency. The have created a ghost website to scam people.

If I could give more stars I would. Easy process from the first contact with (I assume the boss ) to our instructor for the day Curtis being responsive to questions. Curtis turned up
Ahead of the agreed time so my daughter was able to get a few extra important minutes as this was a car she had never driven. The car was clean and well

Be careful they’re scammers! I was keep chasing them. At the end I had to cancel my driving practice test. I had to request a chargeback as they never respond on the phone.

This company is a scam. They will take your money and run. They charge 130 pounds upfront, with "the other half paid to the driver" but there will be no driver. You will be left high and dry for your driving test, with no car provided. I have reported this to the police (Crime reference number RF26010080286C) as well as to the DVLA. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, IT IS A SCAM.

On very short notice, I was able to book a car with TestCar1 for my practical test, as I hadn’t managed to bring my own car from Birmingham to Worcester.
Przemek, the instructor who lent me his car, was incredibly responsive and played an essential role in helping me pass on my first attempt. In addition to the one-hour session before the test, I managed to book two extra hours with him, which were extremely helpful for going through the main Worcester routes. With seven hours of driving experience in Birmingham and these three hours of practice with him, I passed my test on the first try.

Booked for a test over a week ago. Had 0 communication since. My test is in two days and they’ve blocked my number. Don’t book with them. Going to file a chargeback through my bank.

Terrible customer service canceled my booking for using a discount code and still charged me the 12% discount did not try to resolve things just repeated that i was getting refunded this is obviously a scam just so they can cancel bookings and get a quick £13 terrible customer service getting aggressive when i try to resolve things don't know how this guy isn't fired but until customer service is better its a 1 star for me

Just passed my driving test with Terry in the grey Mercedes! 🚗 Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — the car was smooth, comfortable, and easy to handle, which really boosted my confidence. Terry was calm, patient, and gave clear instructions throughout. Highly recommend both the instructor and the car hire for anyone getting ready for their test!

I got a driving test cancellation this morning for 12pm Andreas was able to find me a great instructor in such short notice and I passed!!! Definitely worth the money

Useless company. After speaking to a representative I was 100% disrespected. To the point that I was told I might steal the car (wow) lol. After reading some of the reviews that have been left on trust pilot I’m so glad I didn’t book with them. I very rarely if ever leave reviews but the spirit compelled me to leave this review. I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO NOT HAVE ….. ANYTHING…… TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. Deal with these people at your own risk.

Didn’t had an experience with them but their customer support and scheme was enough to push me write the review.
I did tried to contact them, they didnt pick up the phone and sent me a message with link to do the booking(Obviously I could’ve done the same thing through the website)
I called them again few days later they finally messaged me like a human and not that bot message to straight booking, I did ask them if they are able to help me, instead I got the message ‘You needed to book this last Thursday, now we won’t help’. I assume their scheme is all those conditions set just to cancel later and still charge you 12% of the amount on price of the despeir of the people. If you don’t straight book and agree to their terms and conditions they get upset. Smells scam.

My experience with this company (Andrea) has been highly concerning, and I believe it’s important for others to be aware before engaging with them.

After making an initial payment, I contacted the company to request a change of payment method due to cancelling the original card. Rather than providing a straightforward solution, the conversation quickly became defensive and unprofessional. I was accused of fraud and of calling the company a scam, despite never making such statements. This behaviour immediately raised red flags.

During a phone call, the individual became aggressive, made inappropriate personal remarks, and offered a refund — which I accepted. However, this refund was later withdrawn by email, citing terms and conditions that were never mentioned in our phone conversation.

I was also informed by text that the phone call was recorded. As per GDPR, I requested a copy of this recording, but this has not been provided. Instead, I received a series of hostile, threatening messages, including:
• Accusations of fraud
• Threats of retaliatory reviews against me, my associates, and any linked businesses
• Statements implying they would ‘treat others the same way I have treated them’
• Thinly veiled intimidation tactics, including referencing dissolved companies and personal information

I have since reported the harassment to the police and provided them with all relevant evidence.

In my opinion, no customer should be subjected to this level of hostility or intimidation simply for raising legitimate concerns and sharing an honest review.

I would strongly urge others to exercise caution before dealing with this company.

No.1 Scammer Company in UK.Booking will be done to book a car & then big scam starts.On your exam day instructor will come with car half an hour before & take 120 pounds from you.Then before 10 mins they will say you can't appear for test as you needs more practice.So you lose everything for that day & then become prey to take lessons & then pay more to book another test.Then after 4-5 months & spending more than 1000 pounds you can appear for your test & with no guarantee to pass.Best option to rent a car or take friends car for test.If you don't believe try to contact on their published contact number & check if someone reply back.No one will pick up the call 24X7 you might go crazy.Best of Luck & God save us all from this scammers.

Be aware!! They are a scamm.I cant believe they still go on about that we put bad reviews.I never felt bad in my life.Ypu buy smth and they never respond or trying to give you back amy refunds.!!
If you are so serious and trusted company or taking so much care to give replys on the reviews why dont you give refunds where people are treated badly and not giving the services that costumers have paid you.

TEST CAR 1 MODERN DAY FRAUDSTERS
I paid since 30th December 2024 for Driving test 130 pounds then pay another 130 pounds to the instructor. The instructor they assigned to me told he is ill. I called them severally they never pick my calls sent mails no response, my Driving Practical Test is this morning 30th January 2025 by 10:14am. I was at the centre by hoping another driving instructor will come nobody show up. Driving Practical test automatically cancelled. I have to booked another one.
DO NOT FALL VICTIM THEY ARE BLOODY SCAMMERS
Which service do you provide. I called you severally you never pick my calls at all also sent several mails no response, If you are are not a modern day scammer. REFUND MY MONEY

Scam scam
They send you message less than an hour after to tell you they can't help you and charge you administration fee from the money you already paid. No effort to find you a driver. I know this because paid 1 week ahead of my exam. They are just after the administration fee, they don't have any car for you. Keep your money they are scammers
