I applied to two roles through TestGorilla. The assessments were extremely stressful due to tight time limits, yet I still scored 96% on one of them. Despite that, I was rejected, only to be told afterward that they consider "other factors" beyond the test. If you're promoting skills-based hiring, be transparent about what you're actually evaluating.
To make things worse, I applied to another role and received two different results for the same assessment, sent to the same email. That kind of inconsistency shouldn't happen on a platform claiming to offer objective evaluation. It undermines trust in the process.
Also, I only applied because I received an email saying the role matched my skills. If that's not the case, don't send misleading invitations. Candidates deserve clarity, not confusion.
To reply on your comment, I have already informed the recruiter about the duplicate results, and of course no action taken.
And regarding the high score, the job I applied for were for TestGorilla. My understanding is that your platform is for Skills-based hiring. I would recommend deciding on who is the right fit before candidates spend one hour on the test.

The company is very decent and compassionate with the applicants , they give a fair shot to each candidate, besides the tailored questions are so specific toward the technicality and knowledge of the candidate. I believe any fraud candidate CV will be exposed in such assessment I have experienced quite few assessments but this one was something else it really reflects How big AECOM is

This was one of the worst tests I have taken as it by no means measures a person's aptitude. I have worked fraud matters for over 30 years and continually produced high quality cases which have resulted in numerous convictions. I was evaluated for a fraud position based upon 15 questions. This is travesty. Any company that uses this test to measure candidates is negligent and short-sighted.

It was nice though the time was too short and I think having more than 2-3 sample for each test group should be better so users get used to each category. But it was cool
