TestRocker 

Testrocker is a very good program for anybody planning on taking the SATs in my opinion. My experience with them has been very good. Both the English and math teachers have been very helpful in explaining the different concepts and ensuring that we have a good understanding. The different modules on the website also allow for a well-rounded understanding of the various topics. The videos are very helpful in explaining the concepts too.

Vrishin ( a CIS boarder)seems to have really benefited from the Testrockers. Ms. Shonali and Ms . Ashika have been very helpful . However , it would really help to have a few more extra classes on the CIS campus considering that the exams are in a couple of weeks. This would help in polishing the rough edges and also ( as per our telephonic conversation)..... a more thorough revision especially in Mathematics and Reading.

I feel like the explanations to the answers in all the section were extremely helpful in aiding my conceptual understanding. I also feel like the overall experience was pretty good. I’d give it a 7/10

For students who wish to score a 1500+ on the SAT starting from scratch, TestRocker might not be for you. TestRocker just helps in building the fundamentals. It not only does not provide high quality practice papers but also lacks practice material. The physical sessions were not useful as the same content done at the sessions could be done at home.

TestRocker truly helped me in the SAT studying process. The concept videos were super helpful at providing the material I needed to know, and the practice questions were really great to reinforce those concepts. The program was also great because I was able to work on it at hone during my own time, even if it was just for a few minutes.

I love that it is online because instead of having to carry around different SAT textbooks TestRocker is on my laptop. I also think it is incredibly helpful that there is a video explanation for each problem since normal SAT books just provide answers where this website gives a full run through on how to solve problems. The fact that it is online opens up a whole range of tools such as the timers where you can look in the corner and see how you are doing on time. I also love that it saves progress and records scores so that you can see improvement.

TestRocker has my highest recommendation! I had personal assistance from Shonali and other tutors at the POD sessions that helped me up my score. A huge credit also goes to Richa, my English trainer, who's always given the best advice and has been a great support.

I feel like TestRocker has really helped me prepare for the PSAT, it provides me with a lot of modules which are made up of the same types questions I would see in the PSAT paper. It has definitely made me a bit more relaxed about the exam and a lot more confident in myself.

Testrocker is a good medium through which I am able to understand how to attempt the SAT and anticipate the kind of questions that will appear in it. There is a lot of useful content available on the website. On-screen help is provided and the practice tests and modules are beneficial resources.
However, there are some aspects that could be improved. For example, the videos on the website could have subtitles in case the audio isn't working. I have faced this problem quite a few times. The tutors that appear for the live sessions are quite good but sometimes they can be a little slow-paced or fast-paced. But overall the live sessions are quite helpful as well.

TestRocker was a great help to me in my process of preparing for the SAT. In my first meeting they helped me determine which test to take (SAT/ACT) and throughout the course of their weekly sessions, webinars, and online modules in all topics of the test, they always provided me with resources that helped me improve me score a significant amount. They teach to each type of question on the test to the point that for each question that confronted me on the test, I knew the tactics I had to use.

TestRocker has without a doubt been of great help to me! I first began the program after attending the Leaderships Intiatives conference and it has helped me to gain a large amount of confidence going into the test. The modules offer fantastic insight and tips to help recognize tools to help complete problems efficiently and the concept videos left me with a greater understanding of what tests really lowered looking for in a correct answer! Overall, this has been a great tool to help me prepare for upcoming tests, extremely grateful for TestRocker!

Overall it is an effective tool to use for prep, however, there are some aspects which are negative. For instance, there are only three questions per question type whereas Khan Academy has many more questions per question type. Also, I don't like how the answers in the "Answer Sheet" section are saved and can't be redone as this makes it hard to revise and review topics that were done several months ago. I also wish for there to be more test papers to practice.

Overall, the classes were good, but I wish that the classes would be "personalized" towards fixing our weaknesses. It would be great if we spent more time in English practicing HOW to read texts during actual exams. The one-on-one online classes that we did days before the test (practicing with sample SAT tests from Collegeboard) were the most helpful for me. I wish there were more essay writing practices as well.

It has been a great experience. The entire setup is easy to master. The learning process has been extremely smooth with only a couple issues with a few videos. On the whole, I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for online prep for any test.

TestRocker is a great test prep company to use for SAT Prep. I like that there are explanations for every single questions on the site as well as concept videos to help students understand the concept they are being tested on. The availability of TestRocker is great as it allows students to have access to the program 24/7.

Cons
Some math questions are outdated- they frequently don't appear on the SAT anymore since the changed the exam in 2016. Some questions should be changed to reflect questions that are more likely to appear on the SAT. Some graphs in the reading sections are hard to comprehend due to technical issues.

Other than the issues mentioned about TestRocker is a great program for SAT prep

The videos are very helpful. It would be better if there was a way to mark up the text besides being able to highlight.

The concept videos are very useful as they brush up the concepts for us, making it easier to answer the questions in the modules and the practice quizzes. The wide array of study material, reliable and hospitable staff of Test Rockers ensure that a nice environment to study for SAT is present.

For my son, TestRocker provided a structured preparatory program. It helped him prepare the topics that needed to be covered and gave generic exam writing tactics.
However the program is generic for all students and does not take care of specific needs of students. My son was aiming for a 1500+ score. His score in practice tests was 1400+/- 50. The program did not provide any specific inputs so that he could bridge that gap. Finally my son got some useful insights on exam writing tactics from Princeton Academy which helped him to improve his score in practice tests and eventually in SAT as well. This insights should come from TestRocker and are possible only when student specific focus is given.
