Although we couldn't resolve my problem in the way I most wanted to Cornelia was most helpful and resourceful managing to end up with a solution that works for both parties.
In a little more detail I wanted a refund because I did not get my results however it has been quite a while since I took it and I thought it was reasonable. Cornelia came up with a personalised coupon for me to take it again. She was really swift as well good job.

The personality itself was a comprehensive test based on the Big 5 personality traits. I did not receive the test result automatically. Jade in customer service made it very easy for me to get my test result and I am very grateful for her assistance.
