Ordered in the Black Friday sale, over 50% off and delivery arrived the next morning despite how swamped they must have been. Can’t fault it.

I was charged customs duties when I received the product.
When I asked if customs duties would be charged, I was told that they wouldn't be charged because I had declared a low price, so I was surprised when I was actually charged customs duties.
I considered returning the product without accepting it, but it took two weeks from order to arrival, and since it was a gift and I didn't have time to purchase anything else, I was forced to pay the customs duties and receive it.
As it was an outlet item, I was able to find it cheaper domestically, so the customs duties were an unnecessary expense.
I am very disappointed with this purchase.
Even if you are told that customs duties will not be charged, it is better to purchase with the understanding that they will actually be charged.

I placed an order from the US and we had some unexpected shipping issues. Was initially worried since international orders are typically difficult to work out when it comes to logistical problems.

This was not the case here, I contacted them on WhatsApp and they kept a close eye on it - eventually sent me a replacement order since the original was sent back.

10/10 service, will be back again.

Purchased a CP Company hoodie for my son for Christmas. Arrived very quickly but when I inspected the jumper I found a tag from inside had been cut out, I checked this against some of my sons other clothing of the same brand and found it to be the tag with the qr code on to prove authenticity. This made me doubt whether it was a genuine brand item. Emailed the shop but no response. In the end I posted it back to them and a refund was issued promptly. Whether the goods are authentic isn’t something I can say but the removal of a tag that would prove it is a red flag to me personally.

First order with TET clothing. Ordered on a Saturday and item arrived next day on the Sunday! Unfortunately the item wasn’t a good fit and was swiftly refunded. Will definitely purchase again in the future. Thanks
