Everything went as expected

I placed the order and finally after a few days received tracking information, however a week later the books still had not shipped. My daughter went without books for 2 weeks. I called them and they stated would ship books ground so would arrive quicker. Problem is only one book shipped. I had to order book through amazon (was cheaper) and was told they would not refund book until I received it and sent back at my expense. If possible, find other options for your books!

Update: asked to speak with a manager was told no one available to speak with me, took my number and days later I’m still waiting on a manager to reach out to me.

Update: My daughter received a notification from her school bookstore books had arrived, she gets there book I have already repurchased was showing delivered but they didn’t receive. They advised her to call customer service 🫥. Called customer service rep told me a label was created but it has not shipped out. I explained myself and the bookstore show it delivered after an extremely long hold I was told by Cameron that I will be refunded for the book. Thank You Cameron for helping close this ridiculous saga.

Textbook is an easy way to order your books. I had no problem with it, I have been getting my books for my courses on time. And the customer service is great, they help you resolve your issues about your book orders.

This is a simple and easy setup to use and lets you compare prices as well as finds your textbooks for you. Overall easy to navigate. Wish prices were lower but buying them this way is so easy.

Easy to purchase, but eBook sometimes was difficult to open through the site and instructions were a bit unclear, but overall easy to use.

I was able to get all my books on time and way before class started.

I always get my books on time or earlier and they are always in great condition no matter if I get them new or in used condition. Each semester comes without worry when I make my textbook orders.

I had a great experience at the Wingate University Bookstore. The website was very easy to navigate and gave me multiple options for the books I needed.

I was given a list of textbooks I needed for the courses I had registered for, no stress of trying to find the right book. I was also given several options of how I wanted to get the textbooks with prices included. Textbooks were shipped to me and shipping updates were sent throughout the whole experience!
