Great service. Alex the account manager, responds quickly to any issues I may have. I dislike that i have to get an email sent to me to login. Makes it difficult to have multiples users to assist with the account.

The customer service for Textedly is top notch and super fast at responding! Textedly has a very user-friendly dashboard and interface that makes sending out important texts to our customers a quick task. Our customers also love it as well! This text provider makes no attempt to understand your business and once they get the idea you aren't a legit business they will ban you and make zero attempts to help.

I absolutely LOVE Textedly! The site is so easy to use, and any issues that our office has had, I know that I can reach out to Textedly Customer Service and get a response right away.

We've have only had a couple of issues, since opening our account; the recent one was having 3 messages being used, when we hadn't even reached the character limit for one the one message. I messaged Textedly, and received an email within 5 minutes, letting me know that I was being taken care of. It was only another 5 or so minutes that I received a response from an online rep, letting me know that everything had been fixed, and that they even credited messages back to our account.

My favorite company to communicate with for sure!

They billed me for over 2 years without notifying me of any charges. NOT one email with an invoice or charge notification. The account was never used 1 time. They refused to refund me more than 30 days even though they acknowledged the service had never been used!

We have used textedly in our business for over 4 years now to communicate with our customers and they love it. It’s so easy to use and affordable. The backed is straight forward. Love that we can schedule it to send at a future date and forget it. Highly recommend this service if you use texting.

Textedly is easy to use and support is wonderful.

I love using Textedly. We use it to reach our 100+ employees at one time, since we have constant updates and communication that needs to go out. Our employees are terrible at checking email, so this way I can reach them all in the easiest, most direct way.

To say that I LOVE Textedly would be an understatement. I searched for a text service that was affordable, easy to use, mobile friendly for sending texts on the go, etc. and it was incredibly frustrating. But when I found Textedly and did the trial, I was instantly relieved and knew I had found a match. I use Textedly to communicate with a specific population undergoing radical community transformation. I communicate things like construction impacts, community meetings, community-wide events and resources, etc. And with multiple keywords, I can target specific subgroups when needed to ensure the right people are getting the necessary information and those who don't need it, won't. Try it out for yourself - it's adaptable to purposes beyond consumer sales & marketing - you won't be disappointed!

Textedly is a great way to stay connected with those in my ministry as well as a way to outreach to new comers. Its an easy to use app and I am pleased with the service. Will continue to use! If I can use it- anyone can! Try it!

I write this review because earlier this year, the major carriers made changes that negatively impacted our account, and Textedly fixed that as soon as they could and made things right. Simple product that accomplishes the task of mass text communication. We use it for company announcements.
