My order was delayed by 2 months.
No one from the company called or emailed me In the time between the order placement/payment and actually receiving it. The order was delayed over 2 months but they took my payment the day that I placed the order.
I actually forgot about the order because it was delayed for so long but when I remembered, I called the company. The person on the phone was very kind and apologetic [which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of one] and offered to send the order out that day, though missing a few items that were still backordered. I received the order shortly after that.

Excellent service. They were helpful on the web chat and their fabrics are great.
Also I found that ordering fabric samples is quite useful to choose the one that fits the best for the task at hand.

Slow delivery due to corona
Unfortunately some of the items took a long time to come into stock (I think issues with corona causing a slower production time), but the admin team were very kind and responded to my emails and kept me updated with when they expected to have these items in stock.

wonderful fabrics for stuffed animals
Received the fabrics correctly and timely. I purchased a bunch of different fabrics including (Borg Ecru Katoen, Bont de Luxe Flex Cloud Off-White, Flex Fur Ecru, Teddy Cotton Colored White, Polar Fleece Beige, Plain Tricot Fluweel Black and so on) for making stuffed animals. They are all wonderful and even better looking than the images on the website! Thanks!
