Utter scam don't fall for it and do not…

Utter scam don't fall for it and do not work for them. I did work for them over two months ago and didn't,t get paid for the first week's work! If you message support or your so called coach they tell you to message finance who constantly send an automated link to link your bitsafe account. I've tried numerous emails messages etc to get my money as I worked my butt off that first week. They have the nerve to keep sending emails about not working over eight weeks as if somebody would work for bloody free.

SCAM

SCAM! Took all my personal information, made me do 4 hours worth of training which all looked legit, then I was completely ignored. The correspondence I was getting from skype stopped and no one replied back to my emails. I am now wondering what they are going to do with my personal information and ID.

They are Legit

They are Legit! I've been working with Texting Factory for a month now and they didn't miss any details to teach me how the rules work and what I should do, even though it is hard, they are still paying me. They are Transparent to me, that is how I'm ok with them, unlike any other companies that would like to take advantage of your abilities because of their hidden agenda. As far as I know, they are not scamming. If they did scam me I will let you know.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is DEFINITELY A SCAM! Like seriously! They want you to do 50 messages within 24 hours, you then have to do 500 messages to keep your account open and it’s a joke because they won’t pay you and you would be over worked! Literally my “coach” said that if I was to send 110 messages each day in one 7 day week, which equals to 770 messages, I would make 30.47 USD. In one week!!! What the heck?? I asked her if this was right she never replied back never told I would get paid in that week. Or wanted to really even mention it unless I brought it up! Please, PLEASE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SCAM!

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. First of all, the layout is completely stupid. You have "poke" messages to the client. "Come to my place and (XX)." You need to keep them talking though they think that they are going to get laid.
Secondly, it is a joke. You go through training. And set up Bitsafe. I'm assuming most of their clients are coming from the USA. Bitsafe wants your identity, etc.
The first week I worked, I sent over 300 texts. I emailed finance. "Oh that's strange, we'll send you another link." Was I paid? No. I worked the second week. When I didn't see anything on Bitsafe, I emailed finance for the third time. They got snippy with me and said to basically not email them because they told me when I would get paid. OK, they did not answer my question.
If you ask your "Coach" they will say.. "You need to ask finance."
Plus, the amount on the ad vs what they pay you is not the same. .01 Euro any text sent over the weekend? That's really freakin cheap considering how much they charge clients.
Bottom line, they try to hook you in for a few weeks of Free work.
Avoid them at all costs. It was a waste of time.

This is nothing but a SCAM

This is nothing but a SCAM! Believe me, I went thru all the steps and everything. Once I got to training, I was tasked to reply to 50 msgs in 24 hours without any 2nd chances, if not, then you fail training. Well, it took me 2days to complete the task, yet, my account was still active. Do you know why? Because with those 50 msgs, I was already getting the job done for them. I had access to customers, I was going live. And, at the end of all that, they simply tell you that you failed due to ridiculous reasons. They just use you!!! You don't even get paid for those 50 msgs. In other words, for every trainee who is tasked to reply to 50 messages, they are literally getting the job done, yet they don't know it coz they think they're still in training. And the same thing happens, once they complete the 50 msgs, they'll simply be told that they failed. And the trainer/coach ghosts you! You'll never hear from them again! NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!
DON'T EVEN TRY GUYS, JUST A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND EFFORT!

They are legit and like other companies, they have rules and regulations to follow so that your account as a chat moderator will remain active. I was able to receive my salary after a week of working with them and yes it will depend on how hardworking you are. Thanks!! I was able to buy some essential stuff.

Great company and supportive coach

I’ve been employed for almost 3 weeks. Despite of the negative reviews. my experience is so great until now. i get paid for my first 50 messages. I always get paid on time every week with no delay. if you get any feedback from them is for your own benefit, take it as a positive feedback and work on improvements, stop complaining and giving excuses. My coach17 is so supportive and answer all my questions. The training provided was so helpful and so is the feedback. I strongly recommend. Thank you for the great opportunity during that tough times. I really appreciated it and need it.

Scammers

There is a mandatory NDA you must sign to work for this company that is written under US Law and states that should the worker make any breaches they will immediately be liable to pay the company USD30,000 and a further USD2000 per day until the USD30,000 is paid. This is clearly not the behaviour of a legitimate business. They also refused to have a reciprocal agreement in place should they breach the agreement. Raises the question why and would be considered an unfair contractual term which would be illegal.

The coach is really not good

The coach is really not good. I mean, every time I ask questions, she'll just see it and reply later with an incomplete answer. Trying to see where I could report her and probably have a different one that would assist and so that I can start with the training. I think this is just a scam.

Scam. You don't get paid and the coach never replies.

Scam for the most and I believe all positive reviews beforehand are also in on the scam.
They make you commit to the training of 50 messages and then you never receive a reply from the coach. (coach 45). Ignores your messages but still reads them.
You won't get paid for the 50 messages you reply to in your training either (unlike most sites which you will be paid for messages you send during training).
Don't bother with this company there are other many sites where you can become a text chat operator that aren't scams (cloudworkers, textkings, text121, etc). And they more than likely pay better than this one.

Best decision ever.

I started working for Texting Factory in October 2020 and I was then doing it part-time. It was a learning process for me and though the pay is not huge - it's so good to know I can expect an extra buck every week. They also open opportunities to gain more income which in my case, I grabbed right away, and as soon as I mastered the craft, my pay here has been way higher than any other full-time job I had. It was a roller coaster experience. I knew beforehand of the negative reviews but I never had a problem at all in my whole stay. I made sure my payment method is good to go and I was careful to follow the rules when doing the task.

Obedience is the Key to Become a Successful TF Worker

I have been working with TF for almost 2 years now, and I can say that it has become the main source of my family's income. Most especially during these times when most of the companies and businesses are experiencing trials and difficulties. Still, TF is doing their best to cope with all the obstacles they are facing.

As far as I know, obedience and strictly following the rules as TF employees are the keys to becoming a successful TF worker.

Been here three years, would recommend!

I've been working here three years full time and overall I have had a very positive experience with the company. I've seen a lot of complaints of people not getting paid and this is because we switched to a new pay service which has had some growing pains. Also, there are A LOT of people scamming by having multiple people on the same bank account - they're the ones having major issues. But if you're looking for a good side hustle or even potentially a full time position, I would recommend them! It takes a little while to make good money but once you do, it's totally worth it. Just don't expect to get nothing if you put nothing in!!!

GOOD FOR A PART TIME JOB. :)

I've been working for Texting factory for 6 months. Unfortunately, they deactivated my account, but I know that I committed lots of mistakes. I reached out to the support team, and they told me that I shared Bitsafe with other operators and committed one of the major violations. I am hoping that I could work again for Textingfactory. For my fellow deactivated operators, come on, guys, you know what went wrong, let's accept the fact that we committed violations. WE KNOW WHAT WE DID; WE ARE JUST NOT READY TO ACCEPT IT. The only thing I wish Textingfactory could do next is to train your coaches to be more approachable. We have lots of concerns, and we are relying on our coaches, but the problem is they took long to reply or sometimes ignore our messages and please, if we send an email, please acknowledge it. Overall, I am hoping to work again with you soon. Hoping by that time, there would be changes among the coaches.

TextingFactory is great if you abide by the rules. I have been working here for several months and I get paid each week. The Coach is great, and support staff very helpful. Sadly there are negative reviews for the company, but if you resepct the rules, then this job is great! It is a lot of fun writing messages, and I can work where and when I want!

taxes

About two weeks ago I sent this company an email regarding taxes.
Do I have to calm this company on my taxes?
I have yet to get an answer.
Instead of email give us a contact number so we can reach out and ask our questions with a person.
Until I hear something I'll give this review a one-star until I get my answer.
