Honest review from a past worker

I worked for this company for almost three years. First as a chat operator then eventually moved to other departments.

Let me first say, this isn't a scam. I'm not in the USA, and I got regular weekly payouts. Save for a few calculating errors that needed to be corrected here and there, I always got paid. The exchange rate was great and I was able to use my Bitsafe card locally.

In the beginning and throughout the pandemic, there was always work. As a chat operator, you work as much or as little as you can for a 7-12 euro cent rate per message. In all other departments, there is a 7 day a week commitment. They may pay more (20 cents to 2 euro depending on the task), but a lot was required.

That's where my issue with TF begins. This should never be a full-time job for anyone. Not just because of the 7 day week requirement, but because this company is unreliable and does not care for its workers at any level. The more you were promoted, the less job security. There is no base rate, so you get paid for work put in. As an operator, I put in 10 hours a day 6 days a week just to make the 300 euro payout. That's 10 hours of doing literally nothing else. But I needed the money so I did it. The other departments pay more and you may spend less time, but they limited your workload. You would be lucky to make half that 300 when there were others buddying up to the power-drunk supervisors (not all but most), or splitting the workload behind the scenes (a fireable offense) making much much more because they were given more work.

All these things were manageable to some degree (i.e. keeping to yourself, staying out of the crazy work drama, and budgeting your time) but then they pulled the rug from underneath us with no remorse. One team was downsized by 50% overnight when their new system was introduced. This was done with no warning. If you weren't lucky enough to hear the whispers in the wind you felt it most. THIS is why I would not recommend anyone making this their full-time job. But be careful. They demand so much it's easy to fall into that trap. I say this as one of the few saved in the cuts. Many of us eventually left because we were forced to find other ways to make up for the drastic loss of income. Imagine getting 1/5 of what you used to depend on and being expected to love it. Having to compete for bonuses instead of making a decent wage for the time you put in. Having your work micromanaged and scrutinized so you end up doing the same task 2-3 times for the same rate. No set guidelines, just vibes.

You are not an employee, you are a number. And you are only as good as yesterday's results. For some, this is a great work environment. I've seen plenty of my old coworkers leaving rave reviews (mostly incentivized I'm sure). For me, it eventually became mental and emotional torture. I gave this company as much as I could and got little in return. I'm grateful for what it did bring, but in the end, I had to leave for my own sanity. I have so many personal horror stories from this company.

I hear there are plenty of other companies like this with better ethics. But from what I've been told, textingfactory's reach is so broad, with so many different company names, I am hesitant to try elsewhere. I'm looking forward to a new position I can actually put on a resume. Good luck, and I hope this helps someone.

I have always heard people talk about…

I have always heard people talk about this company but I would have never believe until I experience it for myself. This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE EVERYONE, THIS IS NOT A JOKE. TEXTING FACTORY IS STEALING PEOPLE'S IDENTIFY AND GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE USING PEOPLE'S PERSONAL INFORMATION TO DO. BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A REASON WHY THEY BLOCK MY ACCOUNT, THEY BLOCK ME FROM SKYPE AS WELL. THEY TOLD ME AT FIRST THE ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED BECAUSE I ORGANIZE A MEETING, AFTER DETERMINE TO SEE THOSE MESSAGES THEY ARE TALKING, THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ELSE BUT BLOCK ME FROM SKYPE. PEOPLE THIS IS NO JOKE, ESPECIALLY JAMAICANS AND OTHER CARIBBEAN COUNTRIES. THEY CAN STEAL YOUR IDENTIFY TO USE IT FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OVERSEAS. I BEG EVERYONE TO BE CAREFUL, THEY ALSO THREATEN ME TO SEND MY IDENTIFY ALL OVER TO THEIR COLLEAGUES. I DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE SO WICKED. THE GOOD COMMENTS HERE ARE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THEM AND ARE BEING PAID TO LEAVE GOOD COMMENTS ABOUT THE COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD TO EVERYONE. I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE ABOUT THIS.

Do NOT APPLY to them!!!

They deactivated my account without any warnings via emails or why they disabled my account if I have violated any rules. The first week that I've worked as a chat operator, I hardly received messages. There are still good platforms aside textingfactory!

Texting Factory is a scam

Texting Factory is a scam. They get your personal information before they hire you and then when you work for them, they would pay you for your services in the first couple of weeks so you would know that they are legit. Then after that, they disable your account right before payday and right after you have put in a lot of hours working. When you call the Support Team, they won't reply to your queries. When you try to email them, they would say that your worker ID does not exist. This makes me worried about the ID that I gave them. I suppose they will use the personal information that the other workers gave for another scam. It's a syndicate, and it is taking advantage of people who would like to work from home because of the pandemic. There is a special place for hell for these kind of people.

They are scammers

They are scammers. But they don't scam you, they hire you so you help them scam other people. You are a chat operator of an adult dating website. Your job is to play an acting role to cheat and engage customers. Meanwhile more customers chat with you and you retain is better for them to make money and for you to keep the job. Customers don't know they are cheated and at some point they will want a physical meeting with you but of course is forbidden.
Besides the lack of ethic of this people the point is that they pay you poorly when dating sites are a billionaire scam business. They pay you 6 cents average for each message which must be at least 75 characters long. This means you will not make more than 4 USD per hour, far behind the minimum wage.

I joined this to make some extra money…

I joined this to make some extra money due to my own stupidity through lockdown and credit cards. Thought this would be easy but NO!!! I did the training (take about 3 hours) the coach is really rude because you might not use exactly the correct word or punctuation!! The men are wanting to get off do they really care about a comma or full stop!! not allowed to use emojis (why on earth not)
I logged on 5 nights running and sat there and waiting!! the coach kept making excuses and sent me what times are the busiest! I logged on at different times of the day and night waiting over 3 hours some nights and no messages at all were allocated to me what a waste of time! Does anyone know where else I can try? I cant do to chat lines I tried that idea

Since I started working as a chat…

Since I started working as a chat operator, I have never experienced anything negative with them. They are transparent and straight forward to their employees. Once you follow the rules, you do what they want, you put more effort then i believe you can make good money here.
you also need to be creative to get more messages and not just replying because what you write will either improve your rating or lower it. If they scam me, i will let you know but right now it's legit guys.

Not worth the time or the effort

Not worth the time or the effort. After working for this company so long they so easily just cut you off it's ridiculous. When you put so much effort they don't bother. Everyone is replaceable and not important I have seen this first hand. As long as you are prepared to scam for them they are happy. The money they pay you is also a joke whereas a customer pays way more than that. Yet operators are actually the backbone of the company...Without them you won't have anything. Pathetic management with no morals or compassion as long as it fills their own coffers.

You need to watch out for them there are better companies in the same field who treat their operators, pokers, coaches & profilers with better treatment. I feel sorry for the people who are blinded by money. Also your services as being a dating scam sites is ridiculous you are even downzising cause you losing customers because karma loves to come back and bite you.

Great that sex sells but not when you scamming old men out of their hard earned cash and making them believe you can meet as a poker. I feel for the operators sometimes where they have to talk their way out. Red flags anyone??

With regards to payment don't advertise via email you have bonus rounds when you know first hand you won't be paying the poor people.
All I can say now is each to their own if you want to work for them great they pay, but messages are also non-existent. You spend more time waiting for one message where you could be doing something more lucrative with your time.

I don't even want to give them 1 star

I don't even want to give them 1 star. They are fraudulent. It is designed to rob both clients and workers. 4c per message and you hardly get 10 messages a day. They do Not pay you unless it's over 25 dollars. I did 50 messages for a total of 2 dollars. It's a scam! They never pay you . Ridiculous!

I was looking into this site it looked…

I was looking into this site it looked interesting, so I decided to give it try by filling out the application like it wanted me to after I filled it out and I went through the process by taking pictures of my Passport to show as my Identification. I then sent the information in. After sending my info it then told me that I had to wait to be verified. Long story short I then received a email from them telling me that I was verified and that I would have to wait shortly for them to find me a coach.. its been literally a week and I'm still waiting for a coach and waiting for them to to tell me if I have the job or not. Here's another thing I emailed the same email address I received there verification email asking them If I got the job or not and went I tried emailing the same address it told me that the address could not be found. Very strange...Hmmm??SCAMMERS...SCAMMMERS

Genuine and my coach is amazing

Genuine and my coach is amazing. Thank you so much coach Cher for guiding my through the process and for going above and beyond expectations to help me. Sorry if you failed the training period but it really is real and they do pay out to you. I'm so pleased I found the company to give me a little more funds when I needed them the most.

Playground for scammers!

This company is now a playground for scammers. People get an account and offer them to people who are non-native and pay less. Subcons are rampant and most of them don't pay. TF was strict, but they're being used by scammers.
