Android version takes so god damn long to open up and load its sometimes quicker to pull my laptop out of my bag, open it up, login, open textline, & refresh the page then it is to actually use the app

Textline is exactly what I have been…
Textline is exactly what I have been looking to find for a long time. Clients and potential clients take a while to respond to both phone calls and emails but I get a much higher response rate with texts without giving them my personal cell phone number. Plus I can text from my desktop.

I think the service is great and does the task I need.
I think the service is great and does what I need it to do. I would mention that the UI can use improvement, particularly around:
[1] Filtering for convos
[2] Data analytics
[3] API into close.io crm
I am happy to discuss these in further details but I am still very happy with the product and have recommended it to my colleagues.

I would give it a 5 if you had the option of showing which link or page of our website the person is texting from. This could easily be done via a cookie placed on our pages that you can pass over to us when people text us. It would also be good to have the "text us" button show only when we are online and not after hours and give people an option to email us if we're not online.

Very much like this product. The convenience of using our business phone # for texting is extremely helpful when contacting our families, especially when something pops up unexpectedly. A greater response is generated through texting and works hand-in-hand with email.

Textline has truly changed the way we connect with our clients. It has significantly improved our workflow and made it much easier for our clients to communicate with us. I do appreciate that there have been some recognizable updates to the program since we began using it, but there is still some blatant room for improvement. There have been a few significant outages since which have caused some serious stress and panic for us and for our clients. To compound the problem, Textline Support's primary contact method is Textline itself, so when an issue or outage occurs, we can barely report the problem (at least in a timely manner). The other issue with support is that they only keep standard office hours in the Pacific Time Zone, while the beauty of texting is that it can happen at any time. Being in the Central Time Zone, sometimes a problem doesn't even start to get addressed until hours after our workday has already begun. I do really appreciate that it seems as though the developers are working to continuously improve the program and expand its available functions. Having the ability to "whisper" or have internal conversations directly on a conversation thread, and having the mobile app are non-negotiables for us. Although there is room for improvement, we are definitely willing to stick around because we believe the improvements will actually come to fruition at some point.
