Textline has revolutionized my job
Textline has revolutionized my job! I have to reach out to 100+ contacts every day, including weekends. By using Textline, I am able to accomplish this task in 30 minutes, whereas before this would take 2-3 hours. This has made me much more efficient and given me most of my weekend time back. In addition to the Desktop version, I also use the app on my iPhone so being remote or away from my desk is not a problem. I also use the Automation Feature to send replies to customers when I am off duty.
Not only is the Textline product terrific, what makes it even better is the great support that comes with it. We have 250-300 different Textline accounts, and problems have been minimal. If there is an issue, we report it to Textline and they respond immediately and take care of it.
You can't go wrong using Textline!

Great Zendesk Integration
We've been using Textline for several years. Textline has a great Zendesk integration that lets us text users from the same screen as their Zendesk ticket. This is extremely useful for our customer service workflow. Their API is also easy to work with and their support team is prompt and helpful.
