Easy to work with and quick process

Customer service is pleasant and patient and able to answer all of my questions

Textrequest are scam after received fund they lock account they haven't refund my card its now 5 weeks You often fail to follow up with customers as promised.

If you've dealt with services like this before, you'll understand when I say, this was the first that didn't feel icky. 'no thanks, we wouldn't use that feature' and that was the end of the upsell. Was very pleasent. Interface is modern and fast.

We just started using this company and I am excited for the potential it has for our agency and communicating with our beloved clients.

In typical sales person fashion, the sales guy said that the 800 number we opted for would be set up within 24-48 hours and it was more like 3.5 business days. I was already down and needed it to be live sooner.
The tech rep who was assigned to our account did really well showing me around the dashboard and answering questions.
It would be nice to be able to see a running declining count of how many texts you have left per month.

Avoid Text Request if you value your time and money.
Our account was suspended and permanently closed without any warning, without any explanation, and without a single message ever being sent through the platform. We had not even received our phone number yet - we were still in the onboarding process.
When we reached out asking for clarification, we received nothing but a copy-paste of their Terms of Service, essentially saying they can close your account whenever they want and do not owe you a reason. No investigation. No conversation. No accountability.
What makes this even more frustrating is that up until that point, everything was going smoothly. We were actively communicating with their support team, following every step of the setup process to the letter, and there was absolutely zero indication that anything was wrong.
This is not how a professional company treats its customers. If you are a business looking for a reliable SMS platform, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. A company that can shut you down without explanation at any moment - especially before you have even started - is not a company you want to trust with your marketing operations.
Zero transparency. Zero professionalism. Complete waste of time.

14 day trial turned into I must pay to use the service. Then once I used the service and launch a campaign, you decide to suspend service pending a review. This is unacceptable. I will not be using this service. Please refund my card as soon as possible

The people are very nice and helpful but because of our time difference, we seem to always be adversely affected by updates. We got no advance warning of this last 2 factor verification update and panicked when we found we were locked out of our account upon starting our work day. Text Request is a major part of our business communications between staff and clients and we are constantly using it at all times of day.
