PLEASE CREATE AN iOS APP!!! Also, I wish there was a way to be notified once someone responds to a message. I realized that I have to be online making sure I check it to see if a have a message in my inbox. Notifications for inbox msg’s sent to my email/phone would be amazing. Other than that, I really like the functionality of the app!!

Hi MG Refiners, an iOS app is on our roadmap, but most of our customers currently prefer the desktop experience. In terms of notifications, you can go to My Account > Settings to get instant email notifications when you get incoming messages.

Text spot is an absolute scam
Text spot is an absolute scam. The messages go through as spam, if they even get delivered. I tested it with a few friends numbers and they never even received the messages I paid for. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Taylor, lied to our support team stating that his payments to our subscription was fraudelent in order to receive a refund. He never reached out to support about his issue and if he had he would have been provided with the assistance he needed in order to successfully send messages.

Great customer service! Quick and extremely helpful! I love that the app is constantly improving, I searched high and low for an app that would work like this and so happy to scale my business with the help of this CRM!

Love this app
Love this app, its easy to use, stores all of my contacts for quick reference and the price is very reasonable. Communication with the developers has been good when required. Our appointment show rate has been great since incorporating this into our system. I look forward to the new features that will make it even better and easier to use.
