TF Andrew, and Sylvia in particular, went out of their way to deliver and install our carpet quickly. We recommend them without hesitation!!

The men did a very good job installing the floor. There were two types of baseboard, one without molding and one with molding. They convinced me to install the baseboard with molding. In some spot the molding wasn't installed tight to the baseboard, but a good job The men were friendly and did a very good job cleaning up.

We were looking for a specific line of specialty flooring, and found it at TF Andrews. Knowledgeable, proactive and accommodating sales assistance made the whole experience a great one. They went out of their way to work within our schedule and our budget. Thanks!

We had an Armstrong luxe plank vinyl floor installed in our dining room & hallway along with a new sub floor. It looks just like a wood floor. The installers did a great job; they were so careful, neat and clean. It is very easy to clean it and looks great.

Everything went very well with the choosing and installation of the carpet. The salesperson was everything she ought to be: kind, knowledgeable, and considerate of my needs, budget, use, etc. The installer was efficient, clean, courteous, respectful of my home and quick - did a very good job. The only complaint I would have is that I was told the installer would arrive between 11 and 1pm. I rushed home from a meeting to be home at 11 and when they didn't arrive by 1:30 I called - "he'll be there between 2 and 3" she said. At 3:30 and he hadn't shown up, I called again. He finally showed up at 4:30. I was told that he was busy all day and that I should have been told "morning" or "afternoon". Well, I waited a long time. I don't blame it on the installer. The scheduling process must be more accurate.

I wanted a very specific prefinshed hardwood floor. Liz found a company to make exactly what I wanted. The installors were amazing. The floor is beautiful.
