Package lost no refuni

DHL tracking showed package delayed. A week later I figured out tforce was supposed to deliver here in Toronto. I contacted them they said package was missorted and would deliver as soon as they received. This was weeks ago. I paid additional fees to DHL on top of the original eBay shipping costs. Seller told me no refund not his problem. eBay said I have to file a complaint. Will only refund eBay costs not extra charges. I end up with nothing but a $50 charge this is ridiculous. Never buying anything from the USA again boycott the messed up country.

Worst trucking company

Delivery scheduled 3 days straight waiting all day for a truck that never arrives and never a phone call. Then on the third day the truck shows up at five minutes to five pm.
No one seems to care about customer service, drivers, or office personnel.
After going through this experience it’s a miracle I ever received my shipment.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. My package was supposed to be delivered on time, but it has now been delayed for over 10 days with no proper explanation or resolution. Customer service has not been helpful, and there’s been no clear update on when the package will actually arrive.
I would not recommend this service if you care about timely delivery.

Ordered an item through Office Depot…

Ordered an item through Office Depot and two hours after the item was out for delivery there was a notice of "no one at location" so the item was not delivered. Reached out to the customer care team and got a pretty generic email response telling me that no one was available at the delivery location and to update them with my business hours for a "smooth delivery". Two people were available all day, with windows and door open. There was no attempt at all. This is the second time I've had this experience with this company. I don't expect to get the package at all.

HORRIFIC



Title: Incompetent Delivery + Phone System That Hangs Up — How Is This a Real Company?

TForce (T4) is easily one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had.

Despite my correct address and gate code being provided, the driver delivered my package to the wrong house and basically threw it onto a porch down the street. No attempt to verify the address. No care. Just dumped and gone.

When I tried to report it, it got worse:
• I was on hold for 20 minutes
• When I finally followed the phone prompts, the system automatically hung up on me

So not only does TForce fail at delivery basics, but their customer service is basically inaccessible when you actually need help.

If you value your time or want your package delivered to the correct address bypass this courier please!!!!

Unreliable

Since Dec 29th...my Avon orders...there have been 3...they have lost, misorted, delayed or not delivered at all. Terrible delivery service as of late. They used to be OK but now...unreliable.

Absolute freaking awful company that should never do business again

Absolute freaking awful company. They have horrific operations and customer service. They are one of Ikea's transportation partners. They schedule a pick up date to pick up my returned furniture with a time frame from 8am - 8 pm last week. I received no call for them for arrival. I called Ikea, they said they don't know what happened. We rescheduled a week later. They scheduled it to today from 10am - 2pm. We called at 12pm just in case. They said they'll be on their way. We called at 2pm because we haven't gotten a call. They said we're the next customer and the driver should arrive in about 30-45 min.

At 4pm, still nothing. We call again and Ikea calls TForce. Apparently TForce can't locate the driver even when they try calling the driver. So they tell me that they escalated it and to call again in 2-3 hours. At 6:30pm I call TForce directly. They don't have contact with the driver. They said they escalated this and to call back 2-3 hours later.

This is absolutely ridiculous. This company only has 1 job and they can't even do that.

What a joke of a company.

Sauna Kit Delivery After Snow-storm

We recently had a sauna kit in a 4x8 crate weighing over 2000lbs to a customer in South Portland, ME. It was just after a snow storm which created a few issues with the delivery timeline. Steve the manager and Amy were wonderful to work with and made sure the delivery happened in a timely way to be onsite for a scheduled sauna kit installation. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns. Their drivers were very mindful of unloading this crate with great care and a big shout out to Andy Eddy who unloaded the crate with a pallet jack with great precision and care. I could not recommend TForce Freight enough for the quality of their service. TForce freight in Scarborough has delivered several crates like this for customers of ours over the past few years and we have never been disappointed. Much Appreciated. Jennifer from Lumbery

17 days later and still waiting for delivery.

One pallet of product shipped from Farmingdale, Long Island on December 11th. It sat at the hub in Harrisburg, PA for 10 days for Mechanical Failure/Breakdown. For 5 days the pallet has sat in Phoenix, AZ only 120 miles away from me. I still don't have the pallet on December 28th. You would think this carrier would want to deliver this stuff rather than store it.

Absolutely deplorable service and…

Absolutely deplorable service and customer service. After my package not showing up on the intended day, I reached out 3 days later and got an automated reply. This went on for 3 days straight. Then for another week I tried every day and got NO reply’s. finally had to call and got the same treatment. I finally got my package weeks late without any communication. They are the worst.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. On my receipt it shows 2 packages delivered (filing cabinet and folders) received folders and no image of filing cabinet delivered. I have called several times speaking with customer service and they advise me to call back later or check with the supplier when it states TForce delivered the packages. No shock they are rated 1. No company should trust them in delivering.

Parcel shipped on the 1st of the month…

Parcel shipped on the 1st of the month . Out for delivery on the 15th. Noted delivery delayed. When customer service contacted 3 days in a row they have no explanation just to call in the next 4 hours or the next day. They have sent email internally but no response. Still waiting on any update or delivery

The same as every other review

The same as every other review. They schedule a delivery and then they are a no show with no phone call. They got me twice. I am not playing this game with them. I contacted the company where I purchased the product from and informed them to return it and refund me.

Utter garbage of a delivery company

Utter garbage of a delivery company. We ordered a full Ikea closet, and Ikea contracted out to TForce. I received a text the day before with the delivery time. Two hours after the window passed, they had not arrived. All calls to their customer service lines results in hang ups. It took a call directly from Ikea to get a customer service rep on the line, at which point they said they had a truck failure earlier in the day. They did not notify me of this. They said they would arrive in 1-2h more hours. It did not. 3h after the window had passed, I got a text they would be there in 45 more minutes. They were not. They rescheduled for the following Saturday. On Friday evening, I had not received a text for the new Saturday delivery window, so I called Ikea, and they reported that TForce had rescheduled for Friday (without notifying me), but also, had cancelled the delivery (on Friday) because they had no drivers. When I called Ikea again, they kept hanging up on Ikea. I know this, because it was a three-way call. Eventually, Ikea got through, and they stated that the delivery had been scheduled for the following Tues. Again, without notifying me. We'll see if they actually show up on Tues, but in general, if Ikea is reading this, (a) your customer service is top-notch, and (b) you should absolutely cancel your contract with TForce, because not only is their service miserable, so is their customer service.

Update: it is Tues, after the (4th) delivery window has passed, and my delivery still has not arrived. After a call with Ikea, on a 3-way recorded conversation, they rescheduled on the following Sat. Friday evening, I had not received a delivery window notification. After having been hung up on several times by TForce, Ikea initiated a recorded 3 way call where TForce admitted it was in fact not scheduled for Saturday, and subsequently guaranteed it was now scheduled be delivered on Sat. On Sat morning, TForce tracking had not sent a delivery window update, and their online tracker said that there was a failed delivery at 8:35am. Cameras onsite reveal this was a lie. After another followup conversation with Ikea, it has been rescheduled for Sunday.
