Do not use if you have a choice

I ordered a mega slam hoop and they use this service to deliver. Terrible service. Because I lived in a residential area they could only deliver on Fridays. Two Fridays in a row they canceled due to a truck issue. Instead of providing a solution they just said nothing they can do. Not even a sorry. I

We recently had an item shipped that…

We recently had an item shipped that took three weeks to get from California to Nebraska, and then sat at a terminal just 30 minutes away for an additional 5 days. We called multiple times and were repeatedly told that the area wasn’t serviced every day. We ship freight all over the country, and this has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with any LTL carrier. I would actually give them 0 Stars if it was an option.

PATHETIC courier service. How are you still in business!?!?!

Ordered clothes off of American Eagle. Tforce was meant to delivery on December 1, didn’t deliver because of an “unsafe location” (my detached home in a safe township, and people were home).
I contacted customer service. They sent me a generic copied and pasted apology response and asked me to provide instructions for delivery. So I took a screenshot of the satellite image of my house and told them this was the unsafe location, where we work from home and are always there.
Every day I get a new “expected today”, but I never receive my package.

I contacted American Eagle customer service and they are giving me the same runaround “it’s expected today”… it’s been days and still nothing.

I think I’m left with no choice but to take this to AE’s hands and demand a full refund. I paid for a product and service, and haven’t received said product nor service.

This courier company is pathetic.

Boxes delivered wet and 1 box had a piece of wood forcibly impaled through it

Delivered a pallet to me that was apparently left outside in the rain at some pint in the trip as all the boxes were wet/water damaged. Then when I was unwrapping it I noticed a piece of wood that went right through 1 of the boxes and stuck out the other side. The contents in that box were obviously destroyed. They delivered it and no mention of this was made, it was like nothing was wrong.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. They have lost THREE of my packages in the last two weeks. They just mark it as “missort” then claim I have to wait when I try to reach out because they have been missorted. How does this happen with THREE different packages that came in on three different days. How is this place still even in business. Places need to stop using them.

Very horrible experience.

These guys are horrible. They attempted to deliver my Adidas package and claimed it was unsafe to release on the 1st of December and when I tracked, the app claimed the expected delivery time was 9pm the next day, they sent me an email asking for instructions on how to deliver. I didn't get a response from them, I wrote to them over and iver again that I would leave my door open and they didn't show up, I kept calling, I waited for 8 days,this is 8th of December and I am still calling. The customer reps couldn't even get hold of them.

I have never felt angry the way they treated me. If there's a way to vote for the company to close up, I would do it. They shouldn't be in business, these are jokers, they are unfit to serve people. There should be a no star option. That is what they deserve.

Terrible service

Terrible service. T-force simply did not deliver a sofa from Ikea. No updates provided. They simply did not show up. Even Ikea customer support was unable to get tracking updates from this sad company. Disturbing that Ikea uses such an unreliable service. I definitely will not use Ikea delivery providers in the future.

The worst service I’ve ever received

The worst service I’ve ever received. I’ve called multiple times, they keep hanging up on me. My package is lost and no one is helping me locate it. Their online inquiry system won’t let you write more than 5 words which makes it impossible to explain the problem. Get your shit together

The absolute worst delivery company I…

The absolute worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Are you all completely brain dead? When you have to leave a buzzer note beside the buzzer and they still don't even attempt delivery you have to shake your head. Missed out on a gift for a friend with these idiots.

Worst Delivery Company

I would give no stars if that was an option. My package was showing it was out for delivery on Wednesday but was taken back to Calgary depot, out for delivery on Thursday but went back to Calgary depot, out for delivery on Friday and when I phoned was told it would be delivered by 9 pm on Friday as the driver was in my area. I was assured it would arrive Friday. It never arrived. No deliveries on the weekend. I called Monday morning and complained and again was told it would arrive. After complaining and saying I wanted it at my door today with no excuses it finally arrived Monday afternoon. The worst experience I have ever had from a delivery service. I will not be ordering from any merchant that uses them for delivery

Office Depot should get rid of TForce…

Office Depot should get rid of TForce as their final mile courier. They don't deliver your package and if they do, it's not to you. I've had 2 bad experiences with TForce and the problem has not been resolved. There should be someone in the US to speak to rather than having to go through AI chat and speaking to someone overseas. Office Depot has lost a customer because of this.

RECEIVED AN ONLINE ORDER FROM TFORCE AND I AM IMPRESSED!! I ORDERED DR.MARTENS LOWELLS FROM NORTSTROM THURSDAY NIGHT, TFORCE HAD THEM ON MY PORCH SATURDAY NIGHT. WE JUST HAD THE STORM OF THE CENTURY IN CALI AND I CANT BELIEVE THEY DROVE UP THE COAST FROM L.A. IN THE HEAVIEST RAIN SINCE 1982 AND HAD THESE BAD BOYZ ON MY PORCH, AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN WET!!

If there was a zero star I would give…

If there was a zero star I would give them that. I ordered a package from a company a few weeks ago, I ordered from the company because they offered next day shipping, they promptly shipped 2 packages, one by FedEx and one by TForce, the FedEx package showed up and was delivered to me promptly, the TForce delivery showed up to the TForce warehouse at the same time, but has been sitting there over a week, I tried contacting them multiple times and kept getting passed around, nobody could acknowledged that the tracking number was any good, they all said it was invalid however it provided me tracking to their local warehouse, but they keep saying it’s an invalid number and there is nothing they can do without a valid tracking number. So I finally contacted the company I bought the product from several times and they said TForce will contact me to arrange delivery, I mentioned that they have not once tried to contact me the whole week my package has been sitting in their warehouse, but yesterday late in the day they called and I missed the call, they left message to call back in which I promptly did, I get a recording and left a message but they have yet to return the call, I have now called 4 times and left 4 messages but have yet to receive a call back. I now will be contacting the company I bought my merchandise from to demand a refund and will have to order somewhere else, it’s a shame because I ordered from this company because the claimed fast shipping in which they did get it shipped out promptly but they used this horrible company that cannot deliver the package. From now on when I order anything I will inquire as to who they use for shipping, if they say TForce I will say no thanks and they will loose the sale, it may be thousands of dollars too, so I suggest to anyone to never use TForce and not do business with companies that do, and if your a company that uses this company I suggest you discontinue because this will be bad for your business

This is the worst shipping company I…

This is the worst shipping company I have ever come across. Unbelievable how they are in business! They don’t respond to you, you have to call them. They lie to you. I was lied to saying my shipping is going to be updated and it wasn’t. Called again, my shipping was updated that package is out for delivery. Now I’m told my package is lost. I don’t even understand what has just happened!

It’s time to report them to ICE

It’s time to report them to ICE, and or the government. The fact that companies like ZARA, Fashionova, and other continue to use the makes me wonder if this is a insurance scam with the places that use them. The companies are getting paid back for the “lost/stolen” merch.

No way this company can keep doing the same thing yet retailers keep allowing them to deliver. Something is fishy.

DHL outsourcing to them to Steal and make a claim.

Report report report. This is a SCAM company. Class Action Lawsuit coming soon.

I am also calling ICE to report and I do not agree with ICE, but these are the claims of criminals that make the president right.
