I purchased the Kenneth buffet in black marble from TFT Furniture and was disappointed. It arrived with plastic feet instead of metal, and the instructions were for a different model, raising doubts about the 'Made in Italy' quality.
The customer service is terrible. Emails take days to get a response, and calling is useless if you don't speak Italian. They pretend not to hear you if you ask to speak with someone who speaks English or German (two languages on the website), even if you try in Italian. Additionally, they let the phone ring or hang up if they recognize your number. Avoid TFT Furniture at all costs.
