Delivery was very quick, well packed and exactly as per the description of the item. The meat was of really high quality and delicious.

Main outlet for me was based in ilford, london.
Messaged the company using instant messaging on the website and had immediate response during working hours.
Staff very helpful and answered questions regarding which meat was best to order for a small family party.
They advised me when was the latest I needed to order by in order for meat to be thawed and ready to cook.
I ordered USD rib eye absolutely TOP quality meat!
Staff member even spent time detailing best BBQ techniques of cooking USD rib eye.

The items were well packaged and exactly as described. Few places can provide good quality halal meat and fewer still have speciality cuts like steaks from a dairy cow.

My only gripe was the package was left outside and I was at work. However that’s an issue with DPD who seem not to care anymore about how items are delivered.

From start to finish, service was amazing. Website so was so easy to use and product came packaged so well, I can’t fault them.

Ordered a brisket and a couple of days later some rude and obnoxious motorcycle courier who had been given a partially wrong address rang my door bell and when I answered ranted at me about having been given the wrong address and driving around for ages and it wasn't her fault she had rung earlier and was rude to the person that answered (she had called earlier and a family member had told her she had the wrong address) she was obviously in a real mood and was venting her anger on me like it was my fault !!
If I'd have known the meat was out for delivery and been given a tracking number/ delivery slot then the situation would have been different.
DMd the shop via Facebook and received nothing.
2 stars for the meat quality and quick dispatch .
Will not use again.

Meat was fantastic. Even a novice can look great with the quality.
This time i got the chilean wagyu picanha and it was cut/butchered perfectly so didn’t need any more work on it. Tasted delightful.
The smoked ribs were delicious as was the brisket i have bought previously. Perfectly tasting and tender. Love smoked meats. Defo don’t have the patience or the equipment to do it myself (or skills).
My usual standard is USDA prime for its taste and value for money is second to none. The Australian wagyu is amazing too.
Previously also got Japanese A5 wagyu. Just the best meat in the world. Makes u a masterchef but the cow/meat has already done all the hard work.

They are very helpful and easy accessible. The quality of meet is amazingly delicious.
Must try them.

Simply the best bbq brisket I've ever tasted. And I'm from texas home of great bbq!

Ordered the Ramadan Wagyu Burger Box, came with easy to understand instructions. The box came with everything you need for a complete meal from the meat itself to sauces, buns and chips. The burgers were really juicy and very delicious.

Have also ordered steaks previously from That Fat Cow and they always arrived fresh and taste incredible!

We ordered the 4x burger package and it came very well packed. Easy to follow instructions, and perhaps the best burgers we have ever made.

Great efficient service and communication. Great product that’s packaged to the highest standard.

How do I start this review? Maybe by saying, it is possibly the best halal food experience. Even with factoring in that we get to cook it ourselves at home with the superb high quality ingredients supplied, where our own cooking skills can let us down, this Ramadhan package did not fail to impress.

First of all the package arrived perfectly and appropriately packaged and as you opened the package, each ingredient looked of extremely high quality (even the Hellmans Mayonnaise, LOL).

The online instructions were very good, very clear but maybe could do an ‘idiot’s version’, where all steps are sequential. This is a not a gripe, it was OK as it was but those of us that don’t cook gourmet burgers at home, every little helps.

The products were high quality and you felt it as you cooked it. Once it was all finished and served up, my word what an experience. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, no other word for it, so juicy, so tender. That a gourmet burger with such light seasoning could taste so good was totally unexpected.

I ordered three of these packs for my family and my daughters’ families. Everyone made the same comments on how exquisite they were. The fact that one of my daughters is a officiando when it comes to good food as she blogs on food says everything I needed to say.

Thank you such a great experience.

Also as these packs’ profits go to an excellent cause, can I recommend that everyone buy a pack or two or five.

Loved it, hands down.
