We bought from Bedpost Sidcup a few years ago & received good service so decided to ‘keep it local’ & go back there. Excellent service & advice yet again, delivery on time, bed all put together & rubbish taken away. Would thoroughly recommend

The Customer Service is absolutely amazing at the Bedpost. We are repeat customers and are very happy with our decision to shop locally. We purchased a bed late Spring last year and recently the bed was accidentally damaged. The Bedpost couldn’t have been more helpful arranging a replacement part and then following up to make sure the part had arrived. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you shopped here. A big thank you to Ben at the Bedpost.

WE LOOKED AT OUR BEDPOST ENERGIZE PLUSH ON LINE BEFORE ORDERING IT . WE ORDERED THE NEW MODEL AND LIKE THE ROUNDED EDGES SHOWN ON ALL THE BEDPOST ADVERTISING. AS A SPLIT KING THEY FITTED WELL TOGETHER. WHAT WE RECEIVED WERE VERY HARD STICHES ,2 ROWS OF EDGING, IT DOES NOT WORK FOR US, IT IS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED.WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID OH BEDPOST CHOSE TO CHANGE THIS FROM PICTURES WE SAW., THEY AT NO POINT ASKED US IF WE WANTED A CHANGE MADE TO OUR BEDS. WE MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT.

Have used Bedpost Crayford before and always found a great choice at competitive prices and great customer service by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My visit today I was served by a very friendly and very knowledgeable member of staff called Jason. He was so helpful in answering my questions and showing me a good choice of products. Placed a order and am confident I will be very pleased with my purchase and solved my sleep issues. Recommend this store and will definitely use again.

I went to the sidcup branch, met by Trevor very pleasant and helpful. Gave lots of info on the beds and mattresses made my decision a lot easier. Very good service. Can’t wait for bed to arrive.

I went to the Sidcup store. I went in and said that I was looking for a "firm" mattress as I have a bad back. The guy said "you don't need a firm one, what you need is support". So, I listened as I thought he seemed knowledgeable. I tried some mattresses and ended up with the "Silverleight 4000" because it came rolled up. At no point he let me know that this mattress was a SOFT one. So, now I'm in pain every day, and they accept no return/exchange due to "hygiene" reasons.

Great family run business experience. Went out of their way to help me after I’d made a mistake in buying an Internet bought mattress that was so uncomfortable. Big range in their Dunton Green store as well.

Today I had a visit to Crayford bed post to buy a new bed very helpful show me around and try a lot off mattresses very knowledgeable about what’s best suits you. Very friendly would truly recommend Bed post.

We looked online before visiting Petts Wood store. We couldn't see either of our choices in-store. And the website wasn't up-to-date as the bed we wanted was no longer available. However we were shown lovely mattresses and able to order another bed which we can see in store before paying. The Bed Post guys are always knowledgeable. I've always bought beds from here.

Great in store service from Ryan, followed by flexibility over deliver dates that suited us and hassle free delivery and construction of two beds and mattresses.

There is plenty of choice in the Petts Wood store, and Vanessa heped us understand the different options and combinations available. The whole experience of choosing and buying a bed was made easy by Ryan at Bed Post in Dunton Green.
He explained the features and benefits of each type of bed without any rush or fuss. Having chosen we bought two single beds and the order was placed immediately with the manufacturer. The wait was 4 weeks and the delivery and disposal of our own bed was very well handled by their delivery team. Cheerful and helpful, again without any fuss.
Excellent beds, Excellent result, excellent firm, I would recommend this company for your future bed.

Ryan is great, gives you the required information and let's you take your time and make up your own mind. Is honest and doesn't try to steer you towards more expensive items at all. In fact, sometimes steers you away from them if he feels a cheaper option is a better fit for you.

Great selection of beds at a great price.
We ordered a king size and a single for delivery the same day to a different address.
Delivery was made within our desired window by two helpful, polite and efficient guys.

Very accommodating and tried to get the right mattress for our needs. We had to go elsewhere to find what we required but we were able to buy beds and headboards from Bed Post.

Bought a few beds in here before and they have a range to suit all budgets. John, the salesman we saw again certainly knows his stuff and sorted out the right bed combination for us. The bed was delivered today (26 Jan), the delivery guys were great and phoned before arriving then took away the old bed. Overall, extremely satisfied with the experience and product.
