I needed a new mattress. I noticed we had a Bed Post in town, so thought I would try them rather than the usual candidates. Glad we did. They have a really good range of mattresses in the showroom, and we were able to find and order a nice Harrison Spinks one that works for us. Delivery about 4 weeks, but the mattresses are made to order. Thanks guys.

Excellent service, friendly staff and helped me with choosing the right products. Kept me up to date with delivery and products were assembled quickly.
I had no issues changing the delivery dates either which helped me out.
Would definitely purchase from this store rather than going to the larger chains.
If anyone is looking for a bed/mattress or furniture would highly recommend.

Ryan at the Dunton Green shop was incredibly helpful raising replacing a mattress that I bought from then a number of years ago. He couldn't have made the process any easier for which in very grateful.

Before going to The Bed Post I had spent a long time trying to understand the relative merits of the multitude of mattresses on offer on the market and was very confused - so had given up. Ryan made it simple, using his knowledge and our feedback on the mattresses we tried in the shop to narrow down to the right option for us really quickly.
He really understands the products and can talk knowledgeably about them, including the pros and cons of the options available. I trusted his advice and am now looking forward to our new mattress!
I would definitely recommend seeking out this shop and buying your bed from them - we will certainly use them for future purchases.

Have bought 3 beds from The Bed Post in Dunton Green, always brilliant experience in the shop, knowledgeable staff, no pressure, clear explanations on everything without any BS - like, honestly explaining why 3000 springs mattress isn't necessarily better than 1500 springs one. Great mattresses, good quality beds - and fair prices!

I bought a single bed without a headboard. It's just aswell as the hole for one of the headboards bolts was damaged in transit or delivery . So now I can't buy a headboard. Other than that mattress is firm i had a goodnight sleep.

I cannot praise Vanessa and The Bed Post team enough. Urgently needed a single mattress as the one ordered for my elderly mum was delayed at the last minute and she was moving into new accommodation. Rang The Bed Post, said they had stock in, drove down, and despite being booked out, they somehow managed to get the mattress on to a next day delivery, thus saving the day. Support local businesses especially when they deliver on service and quality over the big nationals. Thank you!

Having experienced two bad ordeals with Dreams and Silent night I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and product knowledge detail I received when I visited Bed Post in Pettswood on Friday.
Clive knew what mattress I needed straight away and talked me through the necessary features. Within 10 minutes I bought the perfect mattress for my bed base. Definitely recommend this company for beds and mattresses 10/10👍

We ordered our new bed from the Dunton Green store after receiving outstanding service from Vanessa. Her knowledge was amazing and it was an absolute pleasure to shop in this store. We were not rushed or pressured in any way and are now excited and looking forward to receiving delivery of our new bed.

Not my first purchase from Bed Post Crayford and will probably not be my last. New bed delivered first thing this morning and the three guys were absolutely brilliant, even in this lovely hot weather we’re having. Great service all round from start to finish from Bed Post. Well done guys🤩

We bought from Bedpost Sidcup a few years ago & received good service so decided to ‘keep it local’ & go back there. Excellent service & advice yet again, delivery on time, bed all put together & rubbish taken away. Would thoroughly recommend

The Customer Service is absolutely amazing at the Bedpost. We are repeat customers and are very happy with our decision to shop locally. We purchased a bed late Spring last year and recently the bed was accidentally damaged. The Bedpost couldn’t have been more helpful arranging a replacement part and then following up to make sure the part had arrived. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you shopped here. WE LOOKED AT OUR BEDPOST ENERGIZE PLUSH ON LINE BEFORE ORDERING IT . WE ORDERED THE NEW MODEL AND LIKE THE ROUNDED EDGES SHOWN ON ALL THE BEDPOST ADVERTISING. AS A SPLIT KING THEY FITTED WELL TOGETHER. WHAT WE RECEIVED WERE VERY HARD STICHES ,2 ROWS OF EDGING, IT DOES NOT WORK FOR US, IT IS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED.WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID OH BEDPOST CHOSE TO CHANGE THIS FROM PICTURES WE SAW., THEY AT NO POINT ASKED US IF WE WANTED A CHANGE MADE TO OUR BEDS. WE MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT.

Have used Bedpost Crayford before and always found a great choice at competitive prices and great customer service by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My visit today I was served by a very friendly and very knowledgeable member of staff called Jason. He was so helpful in answering my questions and showing me a good choice of products. Placed a order and am confident I will be very pleased with my purchase and solved my sleep issues. Recommend this store and will definitely use again.
