Really good fun
🤩 4 of of so was mixed with 3 others
There are enough games to all have a couple of goes at something and we were all very honest about our skill level

Jason the host was incredible and made it fun silly and exciting and kept the energy the whole game ! Excellent host ⭐️

Went as a family of five. Kids (aged 12-15) thought it was brilliant. Special shout out to King Prawn who made the whole experience for us

me and my fiance came here last week.. what can I say.. the actor selfie Sam was brilliant.. but is it worth the money?... NO.

you pay nearly £70 to play with random people who booked the same slot and you get to play 2 games each.. that's £35 a game 😂 and the games are like throw a hoop on the ledges and some maths games etc... for £35 a game it's a rip off.. for £70 each you should be playing all the games.. and even then it's expensive.. for me I personally wouldn't return.. should be £20 each for the experience and £70 each if you want it to be an intimate game with nobody else joining.

Great Experience, just like the TV Show, the guy who hosted it was awesome. I would highly recommend this and definitely do it again.

The Crystal maze... a little bit underwhelming

The host and the immersive experience was great. It was fabulous to run through the maze, and attempt games.

I do feel disappointed and hence the 3 stars . The games were all 2 minutes,or maybe 3 minutes in 2 of them , meaning the game time was no more than 40 minutes! Some needed longer and felt impossible.
We were 9 instead of 8 as they put together 2 bookings.
We all got to try 2 games and I feel for the price everyone should at least have a go at 3 games as they are all just 2 minutes.

Though this was disappointing we still had a good time but definitely compared to The cube , this is not worth the money.

I think a little more time and allowing each person to do 3 things would have worked a lot better and if we had been 8 instead of 9 , obviously more people would have been able to do this.

I don’t feel I want to go back but that it was fun . Either if it costs less or the experience is a bit extended , then it’s worth doing

Its just like the real thing. One of my favourite activities in the last decade. Our game-guide, Nate is very entertaining, talented, a great motivator and judge of character/ skills. Thanks for making the experience so special and enjoyable!

I do have a negative which is why its not 5 stars. The games were all 2 minutes, meaning the game time was no more than 35 minutes! Some needed longer and felt impossible. I felt we were rushed through the maze, another team were behind us.
The dome had white paper which were not blowing around. The fans blew but the papers stayed around the edge.

Though this was disappointing and the time actually playing was disappointing we had a good time.

I think a little more time and less focus on pushing people through would make this experience 5 stars.

Very friendly staff, mixture of difficulty challenges, tidy reception and rooms, 10/10 would recommend.

We booked the experience in Manchester for a birthday present, eight of us in total arrived ready for the challenge ahead, as we are of a certain age we all had an idea of what to expect or what we thought was coming. I can say we were not disappointed, from the moment we got there it was a full on experience, you watch a short video of Richard the original host giving you a taste of the original TV programme, then from nowhere in burst selfie Steve our host for the experience, what can I say he made the day, from that moment forward it was a whirlwind of fun and laughter, the games an challenges are exactly as you would hope for, you never quite know what to expect when an experience like this is based on a game you have watched and loved for years, but I have to say they have got it spot on, it's exactly as it looks like on the TV. We'll done i can't recommend it highly enough. Brilliant day out for a group of friends.

We went last night to the Manchester one and it was excellent! Alex had mega energy and put his all into the performance. I feel like Alex made the experience a 5/5 really and should be commended for both putting his all into the role and his sexy legs! Keep up the great work Alex!

Our guide Chad had great energy and helped us get into the spirit of the game. Had a great time participating in the games that were good mix and experience of the original 90s series

Just celebrated my kids 12th birthday and we all had a fantastic time. The activities were fab for all ages, though some had age restrictions. The honest was superb, thanks Sasha! She really was spot on, not too much for the kids just kept the vibe going and made us all enjoy it even more. Would definitely be better if there were prizes at the end esp for the price. It's a shame it's so expensive!

Brilliant fun and a real blast from the past! Would highly recommend great experience.

We did the crystal maze experience in London this week and it was so fun! I have been a huge fan of the crystal maze since it first aired with Richard O'Brian in the 90's. Unfortunately Richard couldn't be there but fear not, Sir Harry was there and he made the experience amazing! My two teenage girls ( 16 and 14) and my other half had the best time. For anyone that isn't familiar with the crystal maze bit likes an escape room, this is a must do! We will be back.

For god sake, whatever you do, don't buy gift vouchers. They are a nightmare to redeem. Been back and forth so many times with customer service to figure out how to use them.. it really shouldn't be that difficult. Apparently they changed their system which isn't very helpful. And they don't seem to care about the inconvenience.

We had an excellent experience at the Manchester Branch.. Sylvie was absolutely brilliant!
Had us laughing loads. My partner and I had a really good time and would definitely visit again. Thankyou for helping make his birthday a great one !

The Crystal Maze Experience in Manchester was brilliant! I’d recommend everyone book if you’re thinking about it. Was so much fun and our guide Ricky (with the help of Brenda) was fantastic.

An incredibly immersive experience, set design is brilliant, puzzles are well thought out and just difficult enough without being impossible. It felt like we all had a fair chance to shine with the range of activities/games available, and it was such a fun atmosphere.

Big thank you to our Maze Master DJ JD, for his enthusiasm and bringing the whole experience to life - really made it all the more exciting. 10/10

Will certainly come again in the future.

I came with my parents and my girlfriend to the Manchester branch for a fun outing, and the experience absolutely did not disappoint!! As soon as we started, the host provided snappy banter and helpful hints (even claiming low 'average' scores to make us feel better). The course design is fantastic, and the high-energy guide kept our experience top
-notch. Thanks to all involved.

We did a company event at the London venue, I had been wanting to do it for ages and I wasn’t disappointed, it was absolutely brilliant we all had a fantastic time. Perrywinkle was our Richard O Brian he did a fantastic job, he was full of enthusiasm and made the experience great. Would highly recommend giving it a go.
