The digital illustration is then printed onto vinyl and enhanced with a matt laminate to protect the artwork. This superior print is then applied to high-end ACM (aluminium composite material) boards which provide a premium finish that is more durable than a traditional art poster. Have emailed you, used your chat online and still you don’t respond, part of my order was wrong and you say send pics and we will sort it, but you never respond. Terrible customer service, which is such a shame as the product (even if wrong) is superb.
Update was a 1 star review due to lack of communication, Ben has now been in touch and sorted everything out and gone the extra mile, so I have revised my rating to 4 stars, as the products are 1st class, we’ll made and totally worth the money, and now communication has been sorted out, I would certainly buy from them again.
