It's been a really useful resource for high-end C1 and PS editing, as well as for discussion of equipment. You don't need to be a professional fashion photog to find it helpful and inspiring, although I imagine it would be even more valuable to those who are.

Per and Jan are doing an amazing job of sharing knowledge in the field of editorial/fashion photography without any gatekeeping.

The live online sessions are of course interactive, so there are plenty of opportunities for discussion, not only with the founders but also with other participants, with whom you can network.

I would definitely recommend being part of it. They cover multiple topics, from lighting to post-production to portfolio building, and even the commercial side of the job.

Honestly, the level of some members is also very high, so again, there's a lot to learn here, even just by looking at the work of others and listening to the founders' comments on it. And of course, you can interact and talk with Per and Jan directly during the live sessions too, also letting them reviewing your portfolio.

Personally, it's the place to be to learn about fashion/editorial/beauty photography from people who actually do this for a living.

Last but not least, Per often shares useful and interesting websites for different purposes, as well as accounts/pages of people doing different things in the industry, for example, crazy make-up artists, other photographers, ecc. And the processes and tips Jan shows about post-production are just mind-blowing.

I studied fashion photography and I can tell without a doubt that I learned more technical stuff here than at uni. I think the curated lab works for creatives that have vision, but could never be on high-production set. Definitely master level education and brings you closer to how actual professionals work.

One of the biggest challenges of being a photographer and retoucher is how professionally isolating it can be. Peers tend to keep to themselves or are protective of their processes and techniques. It's been a real gift to connect with Per and Jan and the rest of the TCL community. I've been doing this work for about 10 years and was thrilled to find that their videos and walkthroughs taught me things I didn't know to do or thought were possible. The regular live sessions are also a real gift. I recently had a live portfolio review and found Per and Jan's feedback both sharp and supportively critical. It's incredibly rare in this field.
