Unprofessional, Incompetent, Lazy, Excuses Making Company
After I arrived at my apartment rental, I found several things in disrepair and neglect of the rental. After contacting Loca they sent technicians out who attempted to fix several bathroom issues: An extremely clogged bathroom sink drain (which btw had been a problem the last time I stayed here.) Additionally the shower head handle mount to the wall was EXTREMELY loose completely obvious to anyone cleaning person that would clean the shower. The toilet lid hinge was EXTREMLEY loose on the left side needing to be tightened or replaced. There was also a broken toilet paper holder mounted to the wall next to the toilet requiring anyone to take there potentially unsanitary hands and manually hold in one hand and while bundling up paper in the other. A simple low cost replacement could have resolved it. I was told I did not need to be around when the repairs were performed. When I came back to the rental later that day after the repairs were supposedly performed, the sink was now leaking water all over the floor, the loose toilet seat lid was never touched, and they told me they can repair the toilet paper holder at the end of my stay meaning I and any friends I invite over have to hold and manually unroll toilet paper like I'm living in a third world country. These problems required my vacation time typing up and sending numerous messages back and forth as well as having to document by pictures and video and upload and send to their service team. Also on the list of problems was an out of allignment clothes washer door that wouldn't close normally without having to forcefully lift up while pushing shut. I was told they would have to order a new part that would take at most two days. No one ever returned to finish the repair. And this is what $175/night gets you with these guys.
