Top tier customer care on top of solid hardware!

I bought a K-Pad Thorium Wireless. It was very affordable and had good performances all around.
A year later it started drifting and they sent me a full replacement without complaints or delays.

We have 3 wireless gamepads and after 1.5 years the first receiver died. About 4 months later the 2nd receiver died and within a month the last receiver also stopped working. Contacted The G-Lab directly and explained the situation. After some short attempts with drivers to solve the problems, it was fairly easy for them to decide that they would send 3 new receivers. A week later we had 3 working receivers again and we could finally play with 3 at the same time. Now last week one of the receivers had ended up under the wheels of the office chair, which it didn't like very much. This time I contacted The G-Lab via the support chat and guess what? "We still have your data, we will send a new one as soon as possible". 3 days later there was another new receiver in the mailbox!!! Really super service, thanks G-lab!!!!

Nice mouse from them, very robust even though it's quite cheap.
Good customer service.

I bought a headset which fit everything I've ever thought about as necessary, and later followed it by buying a mouse. Both at decent prices. The support team contacted me within the afternoon when a minor inconvenience was reported.
I bought from them twice, and they never disappointed.

I love the dedication and the help of staff and crew behind the G-lab also I think they are on the right track I only use their mouses and they are fantastic quality and durability i'll definitely try their other products in the future wishing all of you who put in work behind the scenes a very blessed year ❤️

Really good mouse for only 15 euro. Great value for money. The accuracy for gaming is amazing. I love the feeling of the mouse on my hand and for 15 euros its a bargain. They also gave me a 5 year extended warranty on the mouse. All in all amazing!

Fast reply and very helpful customer service

The service is really good. I bought a mouse (nitrogen atom) and i had an issue with downloading the software from the website. For some reason, ehen i pressed download it was just taking me to the home page instead of downloading the software. I contacted them through the chat on the website and they replied in less than 24 hours sending me the file so that i was able to download the software. The mouse now works perfectly

I had a G-lab Wireless controller who after almost 1 year started to auto-walk. After consulting via mail, I got a friendly reply back, a received was being send to check whether this would help to solve my problem.
Unfortunately it wasn't so within a business day of response time, I received a notice a new wireless controller was on it's way to me.
After a few days I received it and everything works like it should again.
