I ordered a custom design wooden cake stand with dome for my daughters 21st. She loves baking and wants to eventually sell her bakes.
The cake stand was ideal, we had her business name etc.
The quality of the product was lovely and the engraving was beautifully done.

I have bought from this company over a a fair few years and the products are fab! I last minute bought 2 recently and emailed the company to see if they would arrive on time. Philip emailed me straight back and said they would do their best, I ordered 1 late Monday night and it arrived on Wednesday! Plenty of time for a disorganised mom! Thanks again the teachers have loved all the ones I have bought over the years!

Beautiful product
Beautiful product that was met with delight by the small person they were given to. The larger T Rex spoon even came swimming with us as he refused to let it go! The product survived the chlorine and the bashing on the metal hand rail!! A lovely product that will last until they out grow it (many years to come)

Buying a Planter
I bought a beautiful planter from this company and was very happy. It was a present for a neighbour's ruby wedding anniversary. It arrived very quickly after buying this product. Unfortunately one of the names that was beautifully lasered onto a plaque attached to the planter, had been spelt incorrectly as it is an unusual spelling. However the issue was quickly resolved and a new plaque issued and sent for free. Friendly polite and very effeicient, I would 100% recommend The Laser Company to anyone thinking of buying a product from this company.

Looks lovely, but not the keepsake quality I hoped for
The delivery was very fast, and the laser engraving on the box is lovely. However, I was disappointed with the overall quality of the product. It feels very lightweight and lacks the sturdiness and durability I was expecting.
Perhaps I did not read the description carefully enough before ordering, but I had expected a more substantial, long-lasting memory box. As this is something intended to hold precious baby memories, I wanted a keepsake that would last a lifetime. Unfortunately, I don’t feel this product will stand the test of time, and I have chosen to order another one from a different company.

Wooden sausage dog is gorgeous
The pull along wooden sausage dog is absolutely gorgeous! It's so refreshing to be able to get a proper wooden toy, instead of the usual plastic toys found in shops. And at such a reasonable price too!!
Delivery was fast, with excellent communication about the delivery.
Can very highly recommend.

Scam company - avoid
Scam company, avoid. I purchased an item that arrived damaged and the seller responded that the item is usually damaged when they send it out. They cut contact and wouldn't provide details for a refund or a return.
Also be aware that PayPal buyer protection does not cover this company so you are not protected if paying with PayPal.
