I was one of the first backer on kickstarter in ... july 2015. never received anything. 9 years after, it is totally obsolete. Shame that is is a belgian company (i'm from Belgium as well).

A fraudulent website. Ordered a product, but delivery was always delayed. After many emails asking when the product will be delivered, a vague story that there are problems with the delivery. This answer kept coming back. Finally asked to refund the money. Unfortunately, no refund has been received after a year.

I ordered and paid for a Flex 14” in January 2024 and thereafter was treated to a fine selection of excuses as to why my order was delayed. To date, it still hasn’t appeared and it now seems impossible to contact them…they disabled their chatbot around March and their various contact forms don’t work. I wish anyone associated with this company a long and miserable life.

don't buy anything off them. dispute the transaction with your bank to get your money back they will not send you anything and will ignore you when you want a refund

Just to keep you all updated on the formidable progress over my order... still no sign of life from the company and of course, no delivery foreseen at the horizon.

For all interested people being in the same situation as mine: it seems that the company is moving again to a different internet domain (best-portable-monitor.com although for the moment the old domain is redirecting to this new one) and that the support chat functionality is not provided anymore on the new site (still it seems possible to contact them via a support form within the site but at the moment the form submit seems not to be working)

NO PRODUCT ARRIVED. THEN NO REFUND 10+ MONTHS LATER AFTER REQUESTING.

IF YOU PURCHASE AND ARE STILL IN THE WINDOW OF CHARGEBACKS DO IT, AS THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU.

Hi, I bought Flex 14" with Order #TPM14647 on 31 March 2024, but until now I haven't received the product yet. There is no update to my email as well. I am getting frustrated about this. Either you should send the item asap or give my money back.

Products ordered 9 years ago, refund asked 4 years ago and still waiting but even with numerous reminders and European Court decision that they should reimburse me without delay. They don't !!! I cannot believe people are still placing orders while hundred (if not thousands) of people have been scammed over the last 10 years. Do not order anything from them, they will just take your money and never reply to you.

This company is a SCAM

I paid in full in November of 2022. Since then just excuse after excuse after excuse. This company is a joke. The founders should be charged and money refunded. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

BE CAREFUL - SCAM ALERT !!!

PLACED AN ORDER IN MARCH 2024 AND NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY AFTER HAVING ISSUED PAYMENT TO THEM.

Ordered on 21 Feb 2024 after having confirmed with their webchat that the Flex 14 were in stock as it said on their website. Order confirmed saying delivery of orders placed before 2pm are shipped next business day (mine was ordered at 11am).

After many emails and conversations via chat, most of which just got replies of "We currently have a higher than usual rate of messages. We are working as fast as we can to help you. If you wish, leave your email so that an agent can change your chat into a ticket and follow up your request." I asked for a refund on 2nd April 2024.

This finally garnered a reply of "I'm sorry for the late response, we have received a lot of messages due to the delay in shipping.

I'd also like to apologize for the situation with your order. This is not the type of experience that we want for our customers.

We are still waiting for the batch to arrive. I can't give you an ETA yet, since we need that to happen first. However, we were told that this should happen in the following days.

I'd like to invite you to reconsider your cancellation request. You have waited a lot already, and we are just days away of sending you the product, and I'm pretty sure that you'll love it."

I replied to say I would give them until Friday 12th April to either ship the screens and provide tracking details or issue a refund. Since then we are back to radio silence.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Wish i had read these reviews before ordering. Promises of great service, next day delivery etc - non-existent.

I bought a double screen extender, next day delivery - no way of contacting them, the order tracking is not responding - radio silence on email too.

Please do report this SCAM !!
After 3 months , i didn't receive any news about the monitor and i always receive the same automatic response.
It not possible in 2024 there is this kind of Scam with fake reviews.
REPORT and write true FEEDBACK about this.

The product is possibly good but they never respond to emails or contact requests, the website contact us link is broken and 3 weeks after order, still no update on shipping. will instigate a creadit card claw back now

Do not be fooled by these scammers. The website looks very legit but your payment goes to SP Screen Solutions in Hong Kong. Then a bot will reply to your first couple of emails querying delivery after which nothing. Beware!

Fraudulent company.

I ordered my product on 5/3/24. Since no answer, no product no nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After almost 2 years I received my monitor. A bit late because I already bought another. After about 10-15 times used the front of the screen came loose and now the screen can no longer slide back in. I tried contacting support trought the contact on the website but this does not function. Sending a message is not possible.

after a very long wait, it arrived but it was wrong I ordered for a 17 " screen the one sent does not fit only up to 16" screens
so far emails have gone unanswered no one is available
customer service is nonexistent promised to email back NOTHING

FRAUDULANT COMPANY. I placed an order and after at least 8 emails I stull neither have the order nor a reimbursement FIVE MONTHS LATER!!!
