With the exception of Customs Delay, the overall experience from purchasing to setting it up has been nothing but incredible. Loved that it is a game changer which eradicates the need to bring large bulky monitors in meetings and making me really productive. :)

Still waiting 9 years after backing the original. I was willing to believe over the last few years the company was trying to deliver the product but woke up this morning and decided no more. I asked for a refund and they are not willing to give me it. I am now considering legal action.

Do not buy from this company.

UPDATE:

Since this action the company has asked me to provide further details of my order. I believe they are trying to clear house of any negative Trust Pilot Reviews.

Speaking with a representative recently they infuriated me that they are receiving 100 units every 2 months. By my maths I will not get my double screen until 2026. 11 years after I initially back the project!

Ordered it 3 weeks ago to Zurich, Switzerland, apparently delivery issues, back and forth with customer support (arleast they're "responsive") They are NOT willing to simply CANCEL my order and give me a REFUND, they want me to wait on the order, fill out a form and PAY to send it back. Apparently this got escalated to the MANAGEMENT, never heard anything. Something about this is really weird, don't let a pretty social media page fool you. I have proof on anything I just said. Also, everything is on SALE all the time, but joke on you, if you buy something on sale, different return policies apply! It's ridiculous. Do as you wish guys, but I just LOST 162$.

Thankfully the only reason I ordered was tue to my employers wish to expebd company benefits, I received the money back from them - but also forwarded everything to our head of legal, they're taking this on now, they have more resources. I am glad because this has to stop. To everyone else reading this: our head of legal contacted OLAF and we forwarded everything to them and also that they're constantly changing their names and rebrand!! I work at a bank in Zurich, so they have the resources to do so.

Also, the sudden influx of positive reviews every second day? I mean, please. The reviews look like the fake reviews on their website. Also interesting to see the countries the new reviews are from and Portable Monitor seems to be the only review the respective accounts post. Mine was business related and the newest are suddenly as well? I mean, It's ridiculous but expected. please read my review and then read the newest reviews.

Please do NOT buy! It's not worth it. Don’t let yourself be fooled by responsive people, the product is what matters at the end of the day.

I ordered the flex on 18th January 2024, it was written delivery on the next day and their customer service mentioned the delivery should take one week, it has been more than 2 weeks, I am still waiting for the delivery date information. Every time when I ask the customer service, the delay is coming longer, no date of delivery, also no promise of payback. I will try to post my experience every day until the delivery or pay back. If people are hesitating to buy their product, my advice is to wait until see my posting of delivery or payback.

A great new product. It's strange how no one has thought of it before. Because it is so convenient and increases productivity.

I bought it as a present for my sister. She is working on video footage. I was considering buying an additional monitor for a long time, but I found this product and I was happy because now there are three screens. What could be better. The computer has become a portable workstation.

I was also surprised by the delivery time. It is very fast.

All the cables, the protective film, the sturdy packaging, it was a pleasure. A lot of work has gone into not only the product but also the presentation. A really good product.

I received this product as a present, and had no huge expectations at first. After a month of using this, I cannot continue doing work without having it with me! I bring it to the office, in meetings, and back home as it helps me to be more productive. Sleek, thin dual monitors that connect to your laptop via USB-C, all provided with the product and took less than 5 minutes to set up.

The screens also take power from your laptop, but can alternatively be plugged to another power source with USB-C. Worked and synced as any monitor would but the product serves its purpose, which is to be PORTABLE. Was able to take it with me whilst travelling to the other side of the world. Hope everyone receives theirs too, you wouldn't want to miss out on this at all!

the delivery time surprised me, even when it was coming from China, I get my portable product like 5 days later.
I use it a lot, at work in a coffeehouse. At home, I’m really happy with this purchase. Unfortunately I have to use two wires because my Mac version don’t allow C-type, but a usb-Ctype and a HMI are enough to connect my Mac.

Another good thing is, all type of wires came with this product, after unboxing you have everything to use it.

The Portable Monitor is really useful and up to my expectations.
Because of its portability, of course, but also because it offers 2 further screens rather than one big screen as the usual docking stations. There are a few technical issues that can be improved (and I guess they will be as per my communication with the Team) that will make the experience even greater.
It's really a competitive product, compared to what it available on the market. On top, as the company is still very young, the Team reaches out to customer and engages in fruitful conversations. This customer-friendly approach is definitely an important added-value.
No regret about my choice. On the contrary.

2019 ordered. Nothing received.

Ordering on the website was easy and received it a few weeks later (US to EU). I'm using it daily for the last few weeks and I'm very happy with the Flex 14". I need to move a lot with my laptop and this really enables me to setup a 3 screen workplace everywhere!

We received the unit and in no time connected it to our laptop, Viola-set up is very easy and works nice.
Great help to my work and assignment this extra display/monitor.

I bought the portable monitor and have been very happy with my product. I am an avid gamer and find it great to be able to play on 3 screens on my laptop.

Another angry reviewer here to let everyone know this is a scam. Backed the Slide from SlideNJoy on Kickstarter in 2017. They've rebranded at least 3 times that I have seen, changed my order number and date and still nothing. I submitted their required forms to request a refund in June 2023. And, as you might have guessed, nothing. Apparently their "billing department is overwhelmed with refund requests and processing them in the order received". While I don't believe for a second they're processing a single one, I do believe they have enough that they would be overwhelmed if they did process them. Save your money, there are plenty of other products on Amazon that you will actually receive. Screw this company and their ignorant crooks.

Only just received this but really enjoying it. It arrived really quickly and took me about 10 minutes to set up how I like it, and it has worked great since.
Makes my life so much easier being about to see multiple screens, and I can work faster and do more!

I really enjoy the Flex 14". It really is a very handy portable monitor. For now mainly using it as screen extention for home office since I have a small appartment. These fit right in, and are easily taken down. So my 'office' at home is gone in a second.
The screens take their power from your laptop so no extra charging cables, only one USB cable.
All in all I am very pleased with it. Happy to have bought it!

The built quality of this product is solid. I was quite surprised by the sturdiness. The experience of unboxing gives a very premium feel. Installation process was quite straightforward. The monitor itself was clear. Using it with a MacBook Air. Great communication and support from the team. Shipped to Malaysia with ease. They even made sure everything was in order on shipment day.

It works fine but it lacks the ease of use. Supports USB but is not plug and play, still needs drivers to work seamlessly. Sometime the external monitors won’t startup without rebooting, a big concern. Other than that, it performs the functions as expected.

The most recent name for a company who has been scamming customers since 2017 or so. My review originally said that I backed them on Kickstarter in 2017, but I was wrong. I apparently placed my order in 2019, presumably after seeing a video on Linus Tech Tips.

They have gone by Slidenjoy, Portabl, Leslide, and several other names. Once enough people get wise to the scam, they rebrand and move on to find another group of people to trick out of their money.

Customer service will lead you on and make claims about how the pandemic prevented them from being able to ship products and the CEO will point to the reviews hosted on their own site to claim that the people who actually received a screen are thrilled. However, the reviews are just as likely to be fake/fraudulent as the product itself is.

Do not send these fraudsters your hard-earned money. It’s completely bizarre that the Belgian authorities have yet to arrest them.

They are also apparently now trying to stifle reviews by requesting extra information, presumably so that they can scam even more people out of their money.
