I purchased the Flex 14" product and I am extremely happy with it. The dual monitors are easy to use and will be a significant improvement in how we run my company's usability studies when we travel--having two extra screens will allow me to keep track of the video feed on one side and the chat on the other while focusing on my notes on my laptop's screen in the center. Having one USB cable connection is a huge advantage over the competitors' products to free up my other ports for cameras and microphones. Understanding the holiday rush at the end of the year was causing delays in shipping, I want to commend the customer service team for outstanding support, personable service, and timely communications--they are truly world class! I will be telling all my co-workers about this product and demonstrating it every time I am in the office, it is really cool!

I bought the Slide 13.3" in October 2023 got it in September 2023, Wrote a review, twice before and it simply does not show on their website! they show people what they want to show, the Brackets broke the First week, they sent me new Brackets, the one wire has 3 broken strands, i cannot get a replacement and they simply ignore my emails, been using it since the brackets have been fixed BY MYSELF! the Slides are not straight they are hanging ! like a tilt

this is a real piece of Rubbish!
Would have been a great game changer for my industry but will not buy any more for my Employees! one has done enough damage to know its rubbish

The product didn't meet my expectations for the price. The screens were extremely difficult to pull out, the usb-c cord did not work and it did not attach to my laptop in the way it is shown.

I decided to return the item and that is when the problems began. The website site says "Free return
If you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 days to return the products free of charge." This is not true at all. They made me take a lot of pictures - front, side, back, the box, the accessories, etc. They told me they had to review my images and description of the problem to consider a refund. They granted a refund but said shipping costs would be deducted. They only offered DHL return label which is over an hour away from me and the label they provided was sketchy - too small with a line through it. The item had to go back to Belgium. They agreed the website was misleading but they insisted I must pay the return shipping. They said they only pay it if you choose to exchange the item and the fine print on their return policy says you have to pay the return shipping either way. I checked my local post office and it was going to cost over $100 to return and they couldn't provide tracking and said I might be responsible for additional customs fees/taxes, so I decided to keep the item despite not being happy with it. I could have ordered it from Amazon for $30 more dollars and I'm guessing that I could have returned it more easily if I had. Hard/expensive lessons learned.

I'm thrilled with my new portable monitor! The delivery was impressively fast, and the monitor arrived in perfect condition. Its performance is top-notch, offering a clear, vibrant display. What impressed me most was the outstanding customer support - quick, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend for its quality and excellent service!

Scam, ordered and never received. Do NOT waste your money.

This a great product. I bought the slide and love it. I had some technical teething issues and the support team helped me with those they were very good at dealing with them as quickly as they could. I have had no issues with the product. My only gripe with the product and this is not a complaint more a moan and that is that the slide is quite heavy.

Complete Scam. On the website they promise the monitors are in stock and ready for delivery, but they are not. After two months of lies I tried to request a refund and still haven't got it. They have the appearance of having good customer service but it's all a complete scam. Don't fall for it.

The company is a total scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will take years to deliver the product and when I finally got it, it didn't work. When I tried to return it I was told that they wouldn't accept it because I removed stickers that were NEVER there to begin with. I cannot stress enough, you are throwing money away if you choose to buy from this horrible company.

This is a scam. They do not have a deliverable product. This is a fake company. I have been waiting for my 'monitor' for years. They've changed company names multiple times and updated to different websites, but it is all fake. I lost my money - no refund, I did try.

Waiting for the product or the refund for almost 1.5 years. This company is a complete scam.

This company is a scam, product never showed up. Advertisement stated it would be delivered in two weeks and it never showed up.

They keep on changing their company name but still doing the same thing. Scamming and scamming people.

They are only good pre-purchase but the device will NEVER be delivered. They will just keep on delaying things but at the end of the day, it will NEVER be.

STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE.

no delivery of product, have paid for it over a year ago, been promised delivery again and again and they promise the same thing again. In my opinion this is not a company but a bunch of scammers

I´m waiting for my order since October 2019, and when I ask to support about it always is coming, but never arrives...

Less than one star for me.
I am waiting since januari for my screens and since july for a refund. They are scammers, don't fall for it.
I wish I had looked for the reviews before I ordered.

for the vast majority of victims: no delivery, no refund, only excuses/lies... I don't know why some people do receive something (after waiting 7 years in some cases), but I wouldn't take any chances with their track record
