Great piece.

Super high quality clothing and very well made... only downside is that it takes a very long time to arrive

The shirt is a bit snug, and I’ve always worn a medium. But the medium is like a small. Should’ve ordered large.

The quality of this jacket is amazing. The original jacket received was not blacked out with (black buttons and zippers) as I expected, but the customer service team corrected the issue. They sent me a paid label to return and re-did the jacket from scratch exactly how i wanted originally and let me size up with no extra charge. 10/10 highly recommend

What a BEAUTIFUL GLITTERY GEISHA HOODIE! The hoodie is made of great quality and definitely worth the price and wait. They provide great customer service and I’ve received several compliments upon wearing it for the first time. It’s an excellent purchase if you’re a fashionista like me because you can dress it up and dress it down either way it’s hot🔥❤️‼️

The clothing is made from some great material due to where the company is at took some time to get to me and thats understandable and I had to return a item do to the size and they was extremely helpful getting it back to them im just waiting on it to come back to me now but im extremely confident that they'll do it as fast as possible .. Due to how helpful they are... I will buy more stuff from them

I am now on my third order with The Virtu website and am usually hesitant when it comes to bespoke items because you just never know how things will arrive or fit.

I can honestly say I have never encountered such outstanding generosity and dedication to customer satisfaction. Their promptness, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile have made this an incredibly positive interaction.

Not only was I impressed with the incredible quality in look and material (especially the Geisha Print hoodie) but this level of customer service is truly exceptional and went far beyond my expectations from correcting an error (on my part) with ordering to their immediate responsiveness and interaction. I saw the shirts online didnt like buying off line but I did....but I had to chase my tshirt for 5 weeks to find out what's happening... company apologised and sent me a free tshirt....definitely buy again... good quality and good customer service aces in all areas

Ordered a T-shirt from the virtue. It did take a while to arrive but they did state that on their site. The garment was well worth waiting for. Great quality print and the material in the garment was top quality. I’d definitely recommend this company 💯

The Virtu provided me with excellent customer service and their products are exceptional quality.

Material and fit was great however the particular shirt that was sent to me had an emblem on the chest that was stitched on crooked which makes the t-shirt look as if it were a defected garment. Reached out to the Virtu the same day I received the product which is now going on four weeks and haven’t got any response yet.

UPDATE - customer service reached out kindly and did not hesitate to rectify my issue by sending out a replacement garment immediately. Even offered a special discount on a next future order.

highly recommend the products and the company overall. Bought a diamond t-shirt as a gift. The quality is great, looks fab on and the sizing guide was accurate.
I contacted the company prior to ordering as wanted for a birthday present in 2 weeks and the website does state orders can take 21days - was advised it would arrive in time however it didn't. When I contacted them again their response and compensation was above and beyond. Always impressed by a company who are willing to acknoweldge mistakes. I would highly recommend the products and company.
