The SF location is extremely loud and…

The SF location is extremely loud and overcrowded. You'll never find a phone booth free. The programming is sparse, uninspired and completely lacking.

They also employ dodgy billing practices. After going to the Wing a grand total of 5 times, I asked for my annual membership not to be renewed. They continued billing me an additional 5 months. They don't list a number to reach their customer service or billing department.

TL;DR: the SF location is noisy and overpacked. The billing department is shady

The Wing Chicago location is a rip-off and not on brand

I paid for the one year, all-access membership with the new Chicago location as my home base. Months into the opening, the lobby and elevator were still a construction zone, the food offerings were not available (and they are now all but they are pretty sad) the promised programming with local speakers was being hosted by NYers. Pretty much everything promised was unavailable/not delivered. The New York clubs are great. Clearly, the expansion after their VC financing has left the new clubs lacking in the original culture and vision. Read all of the complaints about the SF location. SO LAME. And I am out $2k for membership at a place that I never want to think of again.
