The trades taken on black Arrow futures were not not correctly added to the dashboard. The support team was unable to help and mentioned they have escalated it to their senior team, which never responds back.

My account gets breached before touching EOD drawdown limit, I missed a $1000 trade due to this,that entry was identified by hours study and all.If i able to execute that trade I can get back to 25000 and would get a huge buffer zone for coming trades

The5%ers was the first prop firm i got my first payout with and because of this it has a special place for me, the platform is good i would have loved if they add tradovate , the payout took a bit longer than mentionned but still within reasonable time, overall my experience was good i have nothing to complain about so far.

Amazing prop firm, very clear rules, insanely fast response from support team, got paid within said timeframe. Overall amazing.

Probably the worst prop firm I have traded with and don’t recommend to anyone, I got funded on a 50k futures account and it took maybe 1 week for it to get activated after maybe 100 emails.
After getting funded I could not access the platform to trade on and when I finally could access it I couldn’t even see the profit or loss I made on my trade and this eventually led to account termination because of their shitty platform.
Also their customers support is awful you will never get any help.

Trust me when I say this!!! Rather pay 500$ to FTMO or fundingpips rather than paying 100$ for a 5ers account.

I thought 5ers Futures will be my best experience in my Futures Trading in Prop Firms, since I received my first Prop Firm payout from 5ers CFDs in AUG 14, 2024. However, I experienced the worst. They have this 14-day payout window, but when you reached that 14 days, you still have to wait for another 8 BUSINESS days for the payout. and when they told me that my Payout request was APPROVED last two days, they told me to expect receiving my payout SHORTLY. But hours gone by, more than 5 hours already and I have not received my payout. And the agent told me that the Payment team is already off for the day and this is only during 1 PM EST. This is the worst. I think 5ers just stick with CFDs if they don't have anything great to offer in the FUTURES Prop Firm Space.

UPDATE: JULY 02, 2026.
I received my payout from 5ers. Ms. Maya of 5ers also reached out to me and apologized of the payout issue, which I appreciate. And she gave me a $50 hub credits. Thank you very much! But I have to still rate 5ers Futures at 3 STARS (from 1 STAR) since I believe they still have to improve their payout processing, and make it faster. A 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS of Payout after the 14-day request is an improvement to me.

I am extremely satisfied with **The5ers**. The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The rules are fair, the support team is professional and helpful.

I highly recommend The5ers to anyone looking for a trustworthy prop trading firm. In my experience, they are honest, transparent, and truly care about their traders. Keep up the great work!

My experience is great

I just passed the $150,000 DayTrade Futures Challenge with The5ers in a single trading day, and I wanted to share my experience.
The challenge rules were clear, transparent, and easy to follow. The trading environment was stable throughout the entire session, with smooth order execution on BlackArrow platform and no issues regarding platform performance. Risk management requirements were well-defined, allowing traders to focus on executing their strategy rather than worrying about hidden restrictions.
The challenge encouraged proper risk management while still providing sufficient room for skilled traders to achieve the profit target efficiently. The dashboard made it easy to track progress, drawdown limits, and overall account status in real time.
Passing a $150K challenge in a single day required strict adherence to my trading plan, disciplined position sizing of max 3-4 mini Lots, and favorable market conditions. The evaluation process felt fair, and I never encountered any unexpected rule interpretations during the challenge.
Overall, my experience with The5ers has been positive as I have already taken 3 payouts in recent past from High-stake Funded CFD accounts, however, struggling to pass new High-Stake challenge accounts since last two months. For traders who have a proven strategy and strong risk management skills, the Day Trade Challenge provides a professional pathway toward obtaining funded capital.

I'm a funded trader with The5ers/Futures and wanted to share my honest experience so far.

✅ WHAT I APPRECIATE

I successfully passed the DayTrade 100 Evaluation (Account #1247***), moved to a Funded account (#1247***), and grew it to $14,481.50 in profit — all while respecting every rule. The scaling system worked as promised: my account was scaled up to $105,000 (Account #1247***), which I'm now actively trading. I also discovered the Black Arrow platform through them — it was new to me, and I'm genuinely starting to enjoy it.

⚠️ MY CONCERNS

However, there are a few points that need attention:

• Profit visibility: Based on the 80/20 split, I'm entitled to approximately $11,585.50. Currently, I cannot see this amount reflected anywhere in my dashboard. I've been waiting 9 days and still have no clarity on where it sits. Transparency here is crucial for trader confidence.

• Support response time: A 72-hour response window is far too long in a live trading environment. Issues can be time-sensitive and critical.

• No emergency position closing: This is my biggest operational concern. In case of platform disconnection or force majeure, there is no way to close open positions remotely. I trade with another prop firm that allows emergency position closure in such cases — this is a standard risk management feature that The5ers should seriously consider implementing.

• Multiple waiting periods stack up: 24–72h for risk management to activate the funded account + 14 days before requesting a withdrawal + 5–8 business days for processing. While I understand this builds patience, it also builds anxiety when profit visibility is unclear.

💡 MY SUGGESTIONS

1. Add a real-time profit/payout tracker directly in the dashboard.
2. Offer a live chat or priority support option for funded traders.
3. Implement an emergency trade close feature for force majeure situations.
4. Communicate proactively at each step of the payout process.

📌 FINAL NOTE

This is my first review. I will come back to update it once I've completed my first withdrawal — that will be the true test. My goal is to reach maximum allocation with The5ers, which says a lot about my overall confidence in this firm. But they need to fix these gaps to truly earn a 5-star rating.
