Denied my payouts saying i do coordinated trading, i have never every done any coordinated trading, i don’t have multiple accounts, i don’t even copy trade my own funded accounts. No chance of any such activity. Risk is not providing any proof of such activities on my account.

Under our Terms & Conditions, coordinated trading, trade copying between different users, or group trading across distinct profiles are strictly prohibited practices. Because these specific violations were identified during the review of your latest withdrawal request, the pending payout was declined.
While your initial payouts were processed smoothly prior to these findings, our risk and compliance teams continuously monitor all active accounts to ensure every trader strictly adheres to our program rules.

You won't get a payout
Their customer service, hub and payment methods all seem very clear and trust worthy but as soon as you request a payout they will deny you and ban you.
I was told my trading method was valid and passed their risk checks, so continued to trade the way I did. As soon as I requested a payout they blocked my account and said I broke their risk rules.

Hi again , this is my third funded future account with 5er's , again I lost my second account due to impatiency and rushing thinks, I hope I can hold this account and commet to my trading process as in the evaluation, 5er's had the best trading conditions I found throughout the prop firms according to my personal search.

Glitch resolved in less than 48hrs
There was a glitch in my account due to which my account was considered as breach.
But 5ers rectified it and gave me a new account with the profit!
That is the reason I trust 5ers! ❤️

They removed OCO orders out of nowhere…
They removed OCO orders out of nowhere in the system, so, my stoploss orders never got removed when I hit tp and got executed to move against me failing my evaluation. Their support told me they removed those. There was no prior intimation of this happening and I got to know when I was clueless about how I reached equity stop when I was already almost done with my challenge. Pathetic.

Delay in payment and restriction of trading instruments
After making two withdrawals, the withdrawal processing speed has slowed down significantly. It's been a whole week and I still haven't received the payment, with the status showing "On Hold." Additionally, NQ—the instrument I frequently trade—is also unavailable for trading today. I suspect the platform is deliberately restricting my account to push me toward trading other products.
