I'm so happy I passed the 5%er exam. The 5%er fund is highly reliable and works quickly. I've withdrawn money from here in the past, and they've never refused a payment, always paying on time. I love 5%er!

I’ve never had any issues with 5ers before they paired with black arrow. Then suddenly a connection was lost when I was halfway through my evaluation target (black arrow apparently claimed I had left a futures position open over the weekend, which I had not). 5ers did not restore my account but did give me $100 credit to buy another eval. I used it to get a high stakes CFD account; Not touching their futures again. I’m mainly leaving this review to encourage 5ers to drop black arrow and get a reliable platform for their futures platform. They are still the most trustworthy propfirm in my opinion, but that’s assuming this doesn’t keep happening.

Very good platform for traders and who want to trade but don't have funds.
This platform provides them chance to perform and success.

Even the program still on Beta, They have really good backend and easy to use. I hope in future, The5ers Futures Program will be have a good scaled up program.

Will waiting for next Journey

The 5%ers prop firm provides the Blackarrow trading platform for futures trading, and I was operating a funded futures account. However, I encountered a serious issue while placing a trade—the platform displayed errors, and the default margin for mini/micro trades suddenly increased by 80%. At the same time, the candlestick patterns behaved abnormally.

Before I could fully assess the situation, the trade closed unsuccessfully. Due to the sudden increase in margin, the loss amount also rose significantly. Previously, the margin call for mini/micro trades was around $3–$4, but it unexpectedly jumped to $84. This amount is huge when the max loss is only 750$

I contacted Blackarrow support, and they acknowledged the issue and agreed to investigate. I also reached out to 5%ers support, but they dismissed my concern without properly understanding the problem.

As a result of this platform glitch, I lost my funded account through no fault of my own. Two days later, I re-downloaded the platform, and it began functioning normally again. The Blackarrow team followed up with me twice to better understand the issue, which I appreciate.

The 5%ers support team should demonstrate more patience and take the time to listen to traders’ concerns rather than assuming the issue is always on the trader’s side.”

Staff are easy to work with both online and over the discord servers. Questions are easily answered in both their faq’s pages or through staff. The live trading dashboard is also well put together and helps to easily manage your account!
