A fantastic trip across Morocco. Our guide Youssef curated a wonderful group of activities to showcase the diversity and many products of the country. From the ancient Roman Ruins, to natural beauty of the Sahara and Torda Gorge every day held fun and interesting sights and activities. We rarely had to think about what we were doing as the days were packed with things but also gave us time to decompress or wander in areas.

My own small issue was the amount of tipping that we had to furnish extra money for. I would warn those on a budget that you will need another 1000-1500 extra MAD (Roughly 100-150 USD$) for various tippings. The service workers we interacted with were kind, eager to help and hard working but for those who are strapped for cash it could come as a surprise.

The worst customer service even by the founder!!! They are a scam they just resell other tour operator holidays and road block any issues. I had a better response dealing with the tour operator because The Adventure people stopped replying to my emails and founder Chris was equally rude. Shocking how bad they are. Do not book anything with them.

This tour was the perfect way for my adventure-loving family to experience Croatia! Hosted by Dado from Malduk Adventures in Omis, we had an amazing time on all of our excursions. There was a nice balance of structured vs. free time built into our days, and we never felt rushed or over-scheduled. Dado went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to get the most out of our stay. It was an incredible trip! Highly recommend!

We have used Adventure People for 2 holidays. We found them very helpful, and quick with their responses. The first holiday was extremely well organised, and everything was planned very smoothly.
Just a slight issue with the second holiday, ie incorrect document issued and misunderstanding about the pre holiday hotel booking. However, when pointed out, this was quickly rectified and we were impressed with their resolution. This may be because the holiday was primarily organised through G Adventure?
But we always find them very receptive and are very quick to resolve any queries or issues.

We had an amazing trip. Sri Lanka was stunning and all of our accommodation/transfers/meals were of a superb standard. I would recommend this trip in a heartbeat. Highlights were Sigriya, the elephant safari and trekking the Pekoe trail.

The flights were very comfortable and food better on outward journey than return. Throughout trip the transfers were on time and drivers very friendly. Accommodation was excellent and when all inclusive food good. The only accommodation we found below par was Monteverde Country Lodge. We had to request a change of room due to excessive noise and a sleepless night. All staff in all the lodges were helpful and friendly. The guides were welcoming and knowledgeable and made us feel safe. We loved all the trips and its impossible to single any one out and we we made such wonderful memories.

The trip was diverse. Game drives, hikes, culture. And there were several days where we could really choose what we wanted to do, which I enjoyed

Puna is the most amazing guide I’ve ever had!! She took such good care of us, gave amazing recommendations and was so much fun. Otherwise the tour was amazing too, very well organized. One of the best experiences of my life.

This trip was everything we expected of it. The scenery was superb and there was a great mix of activities that included beautiful walks, cultural experiences and time to partake in our own choices eg The Bug Zoo in Victoria!
The guide was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. The group size of 10 people was perfect - enabling new friendships but not too many people to make it feel unpersonal.
We would highly recommend.

We had a great time in Peru , everything was very well organised, to the smallest detail. The Adventure People worked with g Adventures in Peru , but here UK in they helped us with every enquiry. The tour was 12 days , I would say that an extra day in Cusco would have been lovely, as it is such an amazing town . After the trail we choose to go to Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley, which for other was a leisure day in Cusco . So for those choosing to do the hike , one extra day in Cusco or alternatively in Aguas Calliente , would have been nice . But this is something as a suggestion for others 😊. A trip to remember ❤️. The jungle part was great as well . I have to mention the food on the trek , the porters and the cooks , unbelievable , how they managed to produce 3 course meals. I kind of felt embarrassed. Any food would have been appreciated, but they went above and beyond. Greatly appreciated. All was absolutely wonderful

Fantastic experience making it to EBC. It was great having a U.K. contact to book and ask follow up questions. So pleased the trip wasn’t cancelled when so many dropped out. It can’t have been as profitable to run a trip for 2.
The local company Icicles were amazing. Looked after throughout. A huge challenge and I could not have managed it without Puja our guide
I will definitely be looking closely at other trips with The Adventure People

It was a great tour in an amazing group. There were plenty of activities to do along the way and our guide was really knowledgeable and great at organising things for the group or giving recommendations if we wanted to go off ourselves

Mixed tour experience, the trip I took was via Intrepid and was much slower pace than Contiki. The knowledge and involvement of the tour manager was much lower and it wasn’t until the last night I felt comfortable with the level of effort being put in.

It didn’t help that the group naturally split by gender and it took effort to breakdown the barriers which not everyone was doing.

The tip kitty didn’t include our main bus driver which I found strange but the driver was amazing.

Overall the last night I finally enjoyed myself properly on the tour but I’d book Contiki next time over Adventure People and Intrepid.

Certina river is beautiful as is Croatia.
If your after an adventure choose the Adventure People .... what an experience x

We were looked after from the moment we arrived, and our guides Ram Khatiwada and Prabin Tamang were excellent on the trek to EBC - which was a life changing journey. In particular, the whole Icicles team saved the day on our way out to Lukla, and again when we returned to Khatmandu. Thank you.

We booked a two day trip to Machu Picchu for a group of four people. The tour was run efficiently and we had a great time.
We had lunch up the hills cooked by very hard working cooks and it was delicious.
When our climb was over we were taken to our hotel, Qoya Palace, in Aguas Calientes. This was the worst hotel I have ever encountered. We were all tired and in need of a hot shower. However, there was no hot water and in our room no running water at all. Having paid over £400 each for a trek, lunch and a room for one night, this was very poor value. We were also not allowed back into our rooms the next day even though checkout was at 10 am.
I would suggest not staying in Aguas Calientes for longer than a few hours. The second day was a wasted day after going to the Inca site early in the morning. We would have preferred travelling back to Cusco early.
This was a great experience and was run very well and on time. However, if you are going to charge what you charge, a better hotel would have got you a more favourable review.
