The avocados are literally perfect
The avocados are literally perfect, every single one. I was genuinely amazed. They ripen perfectly and are creamy and delicious. So much better than supermarket. I love avotree so much!

Good product. Terrible system and customer service
Product is good but ordering system and customer service is rubbish. The system somehow reverted my order from having one box every two weeks to two boxes every month leaving me with more avos than I can handle. Customer service then reverted the setting and now another box of avos is on its way to me! Fantastic! No apologies. Nothing. Watch your subscription like a hawk especially when you place your subscription on hold.

Outstanding.
Picked on Monday in Tauranga and in my letterbox at Matakohe on Tuesday morning. I seriously thought that with being on Rural Delivery it might take another day or two for delivery. Exceptional timeframe for delivery. The avocados look like perfect quality. I will definitely be spreading the word. Outstanding 👏👏

Avocado Quality.
The customer service and communication from the Avocado Tree were fantastic.
Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the quality of the avocados.
They lacked the real creamy flavour and deep yellow colour you would normally expect.
Instead they were quite watery with Pale flesh, which made them seem as though they may have been harvested too early.

Early season avos are more watery, and as the season progresses the creamier and buttery, they become. Product quality is good
Product quality is good. Being 1st order underwhelmed by weight of 1.7kg. Would have been delighted if 100gm more than 2.1kg advert rather than 0.4kg under. Being picky I guess so we’ll see what next box brings. GD

It can take a little time to get used to the ripening cycle, especially at the start of the season when they take a while to ripen. As the season goes on the ripening time will get much quicker. We send them unripe so they are not damaged in transit and can safely ripen at home without getting bruised.
