One month later and I am waiting on a solution to faulty trainers I purchased from this store. Claiming Flower Mountain have long waiting times.
Avoid at all costs

Really rude, ignorant and disrespectful. They don't want your business. They should consider being renamed to the worst shop.

Worst company I've dealt with. They DO NOT return phone calls nor respond to emails. I made a purchase on 30March2020. I have yet to get any updates whether my items have been fulfilled, on back order or in transit. I have sent several emails and left messages on the email and phone number listed on their contact page. I am filing fraud and disputing the charges. To me this is a fraudulent company. Very unprofessional. I would think twice about ordering anything from TEBESTSHOP.COM

I do not recommend. They can’t read...I ordered knives and I get a magnetic knife board...I ask for a response and nothing....learn English you morons!

I can't say enough good things about this place

I bought a pricey enough (relatively) all in one mod and the drip tip was slightly loose and I had an issue with charging and immediately (and without me having to ask he sent me a new one in the post and was with me the next morning and he told me to keep the other one).. Now the one I bought was only 1 day old (and the new one I received works 100%) but the customer service was out of this world

Also package arrived very quickly and well packaged

Couldn't ask for better service and really appreciate how my defective mod was dealt witg

I ordered many small items from this shop.
The courier delivered the package to a third party (although not instructed to do so by me), who in turn gave the parcel to me opened and with a 22 euro aspire nautilius missing.
In the end, nobody wants to take responsability for the missing item, and in the end I am the one who got ripped off paying for something I didn't receive.
Not a very good experience from an online shop.
