You did not pay for or request first class shipping. We only have one standard cost £4.99 so if you requested first class a PayPal invoice would have been issued for the difference and they have no such invoice on their records. You keep saying you paid £8.50??????

Great Selection
Have a good selection of avian products.
Pity I'm in the South of Ireland as additional charges really do add up this end. Otherwise I would use and purchase a lot more
