Nice "Bling" for the vehicle!

Although the shipping took a little longer than anticipated, it did arrive and in good order. They are very cool once installed and the color options are great.
Update: One actually stopped working the day after I received it. It took me some time to get with CS, but I did get to an actual person and she helped resolved the issue. Now just waiting for the new one to replace the original. It has been 2 weeks and no tracking on it still.

Wow so Awesome

Wow, what a Great company. After getting something that didn't fit my car. They let me order something else and it came. They are so helpful and have Great products. I'll be telling a friend for sure.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

First, it took forever to get my lights. When we installed them, they didn't fit. They didn't lay flat in the door jam and kept turning off. I tried to reach out to return and get a refund but they never responded. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Excellent support service

I love the door sill LED kit I purchased. However, I had an issue with proper installation and got really frustrated. I contacted Bloomcar support and was quickly answered by their technician named Ava. Ava sent me multiple tips as well as videos, along with a calm demeanor, which I was able to ascertain the issue and the product is working flawlessly. If Ava can read this, I want to say, the world needs more like you!

CHEAP PRODUCT

CS was helpful yet a bit rude when I reported that a rear door sill cover somehow cracked. Despite it being past the 30 days and I didn't realize when I put it on and I am the only one in my vehicle they were kind enough to replace the rear door sill yet reminded me that they were doing me a favor.
I love how they light up and the different choices of the lights sequences you can set up. But these are cheaply made. They are not scratch resistant as they state. I am quite careful getting out of my vehicle not to step on them so they don't crack or scratch. But even my driver's door sill has a small scratch where my heel of my shoe randomly hits. I have tried rubbing it off no way, these unfortunately are cheaply made. And I see Amazon is more than half the price less than buying from bloom car. Whatever you do don't step on them with weight cuz you will definitely bust them . Would I recommend to buy them, sorry Bloomcar but a big NO!

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Misleading advertising combined with cumbersome customer service policies - the process and cost of returning an item would have been as much as the item itself (IF they ever gave me a refund!). I responded to an Instagram ad for one item, but was sent a different item. Before they would authorize a return or exchange, I had to e-mail with customer service and provide photos of the item I was shipped (with a lag of 12 to 18 hours time between each round of messages and responses due to the time zone difference). They agreed to a "free" exchange - *IF* I shipped the item back to the warehouse IN CHINA. Total original cost of item: about $50. Cost of return shipping: $30-40, 2 to 4 weeks to get there. Only then MIGHT I be deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, which would take another couple of weeks if it ever came through at all. Of course they were willing to reimburse me for shipping - as $10 store credit! These guys are nuts. I threw the item in the trash and wrote this review, and now I hope I never hear from these losers again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

No stars. Definitely scammers I ordered oct 25. Got a notification 8 Nov saying my address is incomplete and that is was being sent back to vendor. Bloom said it's at USPS and for me to WhatsApp USPS...yea WhatsApp USPS LMAO. Anyway glad I paid using PayPal cause they are thieves. And I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! CHEAP ASS LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. The customer service is awful. The door sill product is cheap with an astronomical markup for its china build quality. Mine started malfunctioning and when I talked to customer service, they said because it was more than six months of use that they could not warranty the product. I only used it about 8 month tops. I drive my car 3000 miles a year and in a dry climate and these did not hold up to that. Their reviews are clearly cherry picked, and false. They wanted to charge me for a single replacement. When I originally got them the packaging was cheap and flimsy, no protection at all. Don’t waste your money.

Great customer service

Great customer service, very responsive. Needed to figure out how to turn my puddle lights I bought. I made a mistake and threw away some stickers that I needed and they walked me thru everything how to turn on and get those stickers sent out. Definately above and beyond what normal companies do. Thanks !

not possible to get a refund

did not fit 2022 NISSAN PATHFINDER. Sent messages and photos and was told the return could take months to get a refund, if they receive product at all because of customs.They suggested to give them or regift them to someone who has a NISSAN other than the PATHFINDER!!! Why would I spend money on a product and then give it away!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!

18 weeks and still not delivered

I ordered door sill lights on June 24, 2025. I still haven’t received them and it’s now Nov 1st. I reached out to them in August and they said they product is hung up at the border die to tariffs. I have contacted them several days in a row now and they finally replied saying that it is still hung up at the border and is a customs issue. They said just the products ordered before July were hung up and wanted to send me proof that orders made in July were delivered in 2 weeks. They asked me if I wanted to re-order these. Fat chance. I’m sure they would charge my credit card again if I said yes. I told them they were scammers. I really don’t want their stupid product anymore and wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered these. As many have said - Absolutely Do Not order from this company!!!

Total scam the door panel lights ONLY come in 1 size. Can't return them because it cost more than the product to return. Refund is just not happening lost my money and have some lights I cant use or return. THIS PLACE SUCKS DONT DO IT BUY AMERICAN

False Advertising - Use Tape and Velcro

Purchased a set of Mazda branded light-up strips for my Mazda CX-5. Paid a hefty sum for what ended up being non-usable. Received them, however they did not hold to the metal in the inside rim of the door and one of them had a short in it too. Contacted the company and they wanted videos showing the issue - so I took the videos and sent them using the transfer site they suggested. Then they admitted that they knew they are not magnetic for my particular car - A Mazda CX-5 (then why sell the product for Mazdas). And the fact that they clearly knew - why make me spend my time making videos when you already know the issue. Their fix was to tell me they could send me tape and velcro to use to keep them in place - Come on, seriously!? Spent a bunch of money to tape and velcro something in my car? 100% false advertising on the product as far as installation/magnet is concerned.

Told them I was not interested in taping and velcro-ing these into my car and said no worries that they would help me return them. Great. Except, then they start their laundry list of demands that they want in order to be able to return them. And I quote "We respect your decision and please do not worry we will assist you with the return and refund but before that, we want to make sure the product is in perfect condition and not used. We will need two pictures to verify it.

In the first picture, we need to see that all sills still have the protective film on them.

In the second picture, we need to see that the product is in its original packaging & name label showing us the outer packaging.

If you wish to return it, please get back to us with the requested picture so we can initiate the return and refund process.

We will be waiting for your response."

I had already sent them videos and they knew I'd removed the film as anyone would do. They want something pictured in 'perfect' condition before they will allow a return. Perfect, when it wasnt perfect to begin with?

Total scam. Their advertising on Facebook is effective, I'll give them that but absolutely suggest everyone avoid at all costs.

Avoid / Unresponsive To Customers

Once I found out they are a China based company I tried to stop the order. They ignored multiple requests. Product has been in motion since 9/15 and we are now over 4 weeks. I have sent them a message to stop the delivery. No answer. I have asked for return information, no response.

Note - If your car already has door jam plates you will have to remove them, to use the BloomCar product. Nowhere on the site is this mentioned.

Still have no idea if I will be tariffed.

I would avoid ordering as there are others in the space not shipping from China.

Been a month and still waiting

I ordered the door sill for my birthday towards the beginning of September and I still haven't received them. I was really looking forward to trying these but now I am unsure if I will even get them. Customer support has told me 5 times that they will be shipped in 24 hours but I still haven't got them.

I ordered 2 items. Volkswagen sills and puddle lights. Don’t know why they were shipped separately. Puddle lights are great!!! Work perfectly.But, I’m still waiting on the VW sills. Why would they not be shipped all together? Makes no sense. But, I like the puddle lights.

Good looking garbage

This company and their product turned out to be horrible and they did not stand behind their word of 30 day money back guarantee. I will admit, out of the package they look great. Mine are customized. That's as far as the positive goes. The little rubber tab that seals the charging port and makes it waterproof was not attached to this item. There was absolutely no way to reattach it. On top of that, the lights on 2 of my door sill items do not work, yes, even after assuring they were fully charged. Finally, the magnets on these things are useless. You may end up having to rely on the velcro that is provided. I also ordered puddle lights from these guys. I ordered the Dodge emblem puddle lights. They sent me Dodge Ram puddle lights. I drive a Durango, not a Ram. Thats why I ordered the Dodge emblem lights. They elevated that to whoever they elevate stuff to. They wouldn't replace the puddle lights either. Bloomcar just kept stringing me along with all sorts of suggestions and excuses. None of them led to either a replacement or a refund and furthermore, they will not honor the 30 days no questions asked refund/return policy. They will always take a few days to reply to you. Finally, only through their website do they have 60k+ satisfied reviewers. Everywhere else, people aren't happy. That's a little suspect to me. Don't waste your money on this cheap product. If you happen to get one that is damaged, it's quite possible you end up stuck with a good looking, non functioning piece of hot garbage.
