Great customer service and response time

Well first, the product is a clean addition to my car. Second, one of my lights was defective, however, after submitting a video showing it wasnt working properly, I was sent a replacement for it free of charge and without hassle. I appreciate their response time to my email, and the fact thay they fixed my issue without making it difficult for me. Defective products happen, but I'm giving a 5 star review because of how they handled it. Im confident in ordering from them again, knowing they will respond and help the consumer out if there is an issue. They could easily have just not responded and called it a day.

The Bloomcar company is a honest company and very trustworthy!! Great customer satisfaction is their goal!!

This a very trustworthy company that definitely cares about satisfying the customers!! I had a problem with 2 of my front door sills on my Avalanche truck and contacted Ava and she took care of my problem very fast and sent me 2 more front door sills to replace the 2 that was bad!! I highly recommend and I am fully satisfied with purchase and they look very professional on my truck!! this company is 100% trustworthy!! I will be purchasing other items for my truck with them soon!! Thanks again Ava for your help with my problem!! 🤗🤗

Don't order from this site.

Don't order from this site. I'm normally a pretty patient person with online purchases but this is kind of ridiculous.

Product comes from China, nuff said on shipping and handling. Bern waiting over 2 weeks, tracking number is fugazi shows updates days after transit.

They use cheapest shipping possible, maybe they are walking it to my house themselves. Don't even know if the product is as described or of good quality but the shipping wait has put me off, I have my doubts. If it's cheap and sketch when it arrives I'm doing a chargeback for my funds.

The company lied

The company lied! They showed that they worked with a 2025 Lincoln Nautilus. They don't! My car's sills are apparently not metal. Super upset and disappointed. They need to send me a postage paid return label. Don't rely on their word. Check you sills before ordering.

Received lights as a gift and they…

Received lights as a gift and they don’t work properly. Light turns on when the door is shut but once it’s open they will shut back off. We sent videos showing that the product is defective and was only offered a partial refund. Terrible customer service and I would advise anyone that is considering this company to run the other way.

waste of money & a scam

if i could rate 0 stars, i would. i ordered a set of door sill lights that came not as i ordered, so out of “good will”, they gave me a discount on a new order which i took because this was supposed to be a gift for my brother. when these lights came, they not only didn’t fit, but they didn’t work properly either. when i reached out about it, they offered a 20% refund and that’s it. f bloomcar.

I love my purchase, looks great on my Nissan Pathfinder after installing the product in my door that lights up when I open my doors that shows Nissan is so BEAUTIFUL ! Thanks for the coupon off. Should have known better

Should have known better. Never order off of FB / Meta. My only resolve is that I ordered through PayPal
and they've been good about getting a refund. I have asked a dozen times , "where do these ship from" and cannot get a straight answer. Which means , China. Which means 6 - 8 weeks , and no where near what I expect for my $$.

Do Not Buy This Junk! They stole 89.99 from me and I would like to help everyone on our before you purchase this junk. Trust me you will regret buying the junk they sell. If you really want to buy this kind of junk you can go on Amazon and buy it for $15.00 and Amazon will let you return it it. These clowns will not answer you and if they do they want you to alter your car to make their junk fit. This company should have a class action lawsuit against them. Do.yourself a huge favor and never buy anything from them.

the company was so helpful and went out…

the company was so helpful and went out their way to make sure i was satisfied. Because of a mat built in car the led door lights lit up unless door pressed on it. but when i used smaller lights in inside frame it was automatic when i opened door i was so happy that i told company what worked and they sent me 2 small sills at no extra cost. my family saw them and loved them. i still kept the 2 large lights because they worked just have to be creative. Thanks to Ava Addison and her team for their support. A.Thomas

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are plenty others. I received my car door sills and the do not work when you open the car door. I reached out saying I jus want a refund and to return them and they asked for a video so I sent said video. Then they asked for a video of me plugging them in for 5 seconds to charge them then putting them back in my car. I shouldn't have to jump threw hoops to do a return. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the frustration.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! I purchased multiple products to include door sill lights. This is an extremely cheaply made product. Showed up scratched and in very poor condition. Does not look like the pictures. I have exchanged multiple emails with the company and they ask for videos or evidence unrelated to my complaint.

UPDATE: The company offered a refund for the partial order but is holding the refund until I remove this review! I guess they will keep holding it! There you go Trisha. Is that what you were looking for????

Horrible

Horrible, cheaply made products, Chinese junk. Do not buy. They make it impossible to return, don’t provide a return address even when you ask there awful customer service for help. This company is clearly a scam company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

We understand the product you've received did not meet your expectations, so regarding that, we want to provide you with possible solutions in this regard.
You can trade the LED Door Sills with someone who has the same brand car or you can gift them to your friends
If we decided to accept your return request, then you have to wait until the product reaches to our warehouse to get refund. But there is no surety if the returned product reaches to our warehouse or not. In most of the cases it was held by the customs, and technically we did not get the product for 2-3 months or never. (a lot of customers faced the same issue, and we provide you the proof)
In that case, you'll be the one who will face the most inconvenience at that time.
Still, if you want to return you can return the product to us
But before that, we want to make sure the product should be in perfect condition and not used. We will need two pictures to verify it.
In the first picture, we need to see that all sills still have the protective film on them.
In the second picture, we need to see the product is in its original packaging & name label showing us the outer packaging. Her name is Trisha L. I wish I could add the video of this terrible product. Hope this helps someone NOT to give them your money!

BEWARE BEWARE!!! This company's SUCKS.

This company's customer service and products suck. I ordered two sets of these cheapily made seals, one for both vehicles my BMW light broke within 3 days it doesn't even light up anymore. I reach out to customer service they told me that there was nothing they could do but then they sent me an email telling me they had a sale and I could order some new door seals I won't be ordering anything from them ever again. Don't be fool by the pretty pictures
