My Mistake (I'm Sorry About That)
I ordered a book on January 25th from Brook Bookstore through one of their partner platforms and not directly from them. Given that at the time of the order I was informed of the long times, after a week I decide to kindly ask for information (again via the purchasing platform) on the approximate shipping times but I have not received any response and therefore on February 2nd I decide to cancel the order also because it had not been shipped so they could very well have blocked it. Only in that case do they deign to respond, asking me if I wanted to confirm the cancellation. I replied that if they had guaranteed me that they would have shipped by the following working day, but had communicated it to me immediately since I had already ordered the same product from another retailer and I could only block it if I had done so promptly on the same day. Having not received any response, as usual, I informed him that I was no longer interested and that I was confirming the cancellation. Even in this case, I am totally ignored and today after 3 days they allow me to ship the product after I had canceled the order and at the time of cancellation it was still being processed. Does this seem normal to you? Are we joking??? I’m Sorry but totally negative experience: failed retailer!
