TheBookPatch will do everything to help and are so incredibly nice! I called them because I was pretty bad at sizing my book cover and wasn't really experienced with books at all, as this was my first book. I am a teen author, and Kristylle was absolutely the nicest person I have ever worked with. She helped me immensely with the book's front, back, and spine, and it looks better than I had ever imagined! She put in so much extra time to help me out; everything worked out perfectly, and the book looks amazing! The service at TheBookPatch was absolutely exceptional and they just honestly made my day! I highly recommend the book patch!!!

Books look great, and are good reads so far. My only slight issue was that I never received a tracking number for my order, but by the time I contacted the website about this issue, my books had already been delivered later the same day, so no big deal. It was a week from the time I ordered them to the time they arrived. Pretty decent turnaround.

I had purchased books from the company, was referred by a friend. However, you cant get anyone on the phone nor do they return your calls. My books have a HORRIBLE SMELL when I received them in the mail and still do. Customer service has not addressed this issue AT ALL. The ISBN was purchased the day of printing, however they were not on the book AT ALL. Just a lot of excuses.

I ended up ordering the wrong book and they promptly got back with me and were able to remedy the issue for me.

Received the ordered books very meticulously packed to make sure they do not get bent/damages in postal transit.
It is another matter that each of the books is full of red pills and need to be read cover-to-cover!

This company helped me begin my career as an author and they are very responsive. I hope they make hardcovers soon so I can keep everything in house but otherwise 0 complaints!

My wife and I created some childrens books several years ago. Everything was great, until there was some kind of update that made things extremely frustrating for us. I tried finding a comparable POD company for a few months. This added to the frustration. Fast forward about a year later and I was able to have an actual back-and-forth with customer support. The issue we originally had was fixed fairly quickly and also very easily. So, Kristylle, thank you so much for your time and effort!

I ordered 25 books from this company and it was everything I asked for.

I will say up front that I was impressed by the quality of the book once we had a good copy, although I did not personally see it, my daughter did and described it as being perfect. The four stars are because the initial book sent to us had little spots on about 15 of the pages. The correction was slow and I was finally notified that it was done, but in such a weird email that at first I didn't understand they had made and shipped a corrected book until my daughter called me. I understand machines break, there is a shortage of workers and COVID messed everything up. I have another book I will be doing and do intend to use them again as putting it together was actually pretty easy.

All dealings with The Book Patch have been positive and professional. I had a problem with one of the books that I purchased and they took care of replacement very quickly. I would recommend to all my friends and family to purchase any of their products.

I was able to design a simple little book of short stories written by my students on a Saturday morning, submit it for print (four copies) that afternoon, and received them in the mail the next Thursday. The books look wonderful! The kids are going to be so delighted to have a *real* book with their own writing in it. Fast service, professional results. I'm very pleased.

I've gotten one book printed. I received it quickly. I had a customer order a book and she got it and loved it! I did have an issue with finding where the balance due to me was but I got a very helpful email that explained it with screen shots. They did take a few days to get back to me but they explained it was because of a software issue.

I am looking forward to working with this company more. No company is going to be perfect but when they help you figure things out it makes it easier.
