It honestly should not take this long for a redemption. I’ve cashed out once before and my first cash out was quicker than this. There’s no documentation needed to upload, my account is good. So what is the hold up. Support gives me the same speech every time.
Update: it’s been past their 48h mark and support keeps giving me the same speech they did before the 48h mark.
They say they’ll escalate this but it doesn’t seem like they’re really doing that.

Said need $72k play through!
I bought $25 sc. Played and got it up to $150, made sure to play through at least once. When they chatted with me they informed me I had to play through over $72,000 before I could cash out! I asked for a clarification as that sounded insane … told me the same thing.

i have played here for about 6 months… DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
i have played here for about 6 months and only been able to cash out 1 time the win ratio here is vary low on top of my mother won here AND THEY CLOSED HER ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF PAYING OUT, i would recommend using other online casinos if winning is your goal the only good thing i can say here is they have ALOT of games just don't expect to win much...
