Gas/Heating Compnay
We have now been working with Sam and her team for around 8 months following a recommendation. Answering phones for dozens of different companies must be incredibly difficult but they are always on hand to do this and follow additional instructions we may give. Really pleased and highly recommended.

The Call Answering Company provide an excellent service. The calls they take for me aren't always straightforward, but are always handled very professionally and appropriately. They really do make a difference in terms of allowing me to manage my appointments without the need for a full-time receptionist on site.
